The Lady Monarch tennis squad finished as runner-up of the Delaware Hayes Invitational on Saturday.
Olentangy won the match with 30 points, while MHS tallied 23.
All matches were eight-game pro sets.

-Emma Pzedpelski: third place, match scores 8-3, 0-8, 8-4;
-Hanna Hogan: second, scores 8-6, 8-1, 2-8;
-Caroline Geraghty: second, scores 8-1, 8-0, 6-8.

-Ellie Williams and Maddie Blaisdell: second, scores 8-0, 8-0, 6-8;
-Krista O’Shelski and Caitlee Hill: fourth, scores 8-0, 4-8, 8-0.
MHS’ dual record slipped to 1-1 with Monday’s 5-0 setback at the hands of Watkins Memorial.

-Hogan fell to Journey Kissell 1-6, 0-6;
-Geraghty dropped a 4-6, 3-6 verdict to Julie Sanchez.

-Williams and Blaisdell lost to Amy Wright and Kenzie Fadorsen 2-6, 4-6;
-O’Shelski and Hill fell to Breanna Doucette and Avery Schaar 4-6, 2-6.
