Jonathan Alder plated four runs in the visitors’ portion of the sixth inning to topple Urbana, 10-0, on Tuesday.
Ashton Martin scattered a pair of hits and struck out six to pick up the pitching victory.
Garrett Roach had the hot bat for the Pioneers. He went four-for-four at the plate, scored twice and drove in four runs.
Also hitting safely for JA were Chase Chopin, Zach Gantz, Martin and Cam Potter.
Andy Yoder was credited with two RBIs.
The victory kept the Pioneers unbeaten (6-0) in the Central Buckeye Conference.
They hold a one-game lead over Kenton Ridge in the circuit’s Kenton Trail Division standings.
Jonathan Alder is 8-1 overall.
