The Jaguars won two of their past three games.
St. John’s came up just short against Liberty Christian Academy by a 40-37 count.
Leo Rausch led St. John’s with 22 points.
The Jaguars then won their next two games.
Rausch led St. John’s with seven points and 12 rebounds during a 27-13 verdict over Torah Academy.
St. John’s then avenged an earlier season loss by downing Marysville seventh-grade Red, 34-28.
St. John’s led 23-11 at halftime.
Rausch and Blake Gorton each tallied seven points.
The Jaguars (8-6 overall and 5-5 in the COAL) will close out the regular season on Monday with a game at Genoa Christian.

Cardinals split
Triad’s seventh and eighth-grade boys split games against West Jefferson.
The seventh-grade (9-3) rolled to a 34-19 victory.
Caleb Thomas led the Cardinals with 21 points.
The eighth-grade fell, 47-41.
Kane Bailey of Triad finished with 19 points.
The Cardinals will travel to Northeastern on Monday.
