The Union County Family YMCA will begin Phase II of its coronavirus-related reopening on Monday.
Group exercise classes will begin with session sizes limited to a maximum of 10 people.
Not all classes will, however, allow for 10 participants.
Participation will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Members must pick up a card that is specifically designed for classes. Those cards must be presented to the instructor.
Cards may be obtained 30 minutes prior to the start of class, with the exception of the 6 a.m. sessions.
Water exercise classes will resume on Monday, July 6.
The Kidzone will be open next week to a 90-minute limit. There will only be 10 children permitted in the area at one time.
Hours for the Kidzone will be from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Monday through Friday and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday.
A Kidzone card must be picked up at the front desk.
The YMCA’s gymnasium will be open for basketball and pickleball.
Facility hours will be 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday and noon-6 p.m. on Sunday.
