Lady Cardinal hoop coach not surprised by low number of players in program

It was just a fews months ago when Triad High School girls basketball coach Erica Trainer sounded the alarm.

The Lady Cardinal bench boss said only 11 girls in the high school had attended any type of summer workouts.
