Two Marysville students were unhurt after a two-vehicle crash involving a school bus this morning. Troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a crash on Barker Road this morning at about 8 a.m. According to a statement from Marysville Exempted Village School District, the bus was passing a garbage truck and the mirrors collided Lt. Shawn Cook, post commander for the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, said the garbage truck was parked at the time of the crash. According to Plain City Police Department reports: An officer was dispatched to Fairfield Drive at 3:27 p.m. Aug. 12 in reference to a civil standby. Officers were dispatched to Church Street at 1:13 p.m. Aug. 12 in reference to a civil standby. Officers were advised that a power line was lying on the ground at the rear of the Plain City Food Pantry on West Main Street at 12:10 p.m. Aug. 12.
