Dear Editor,
I believe growth is more than adding another turn lane into a new housing development or adding a new roundabout.
We were told for years that growth would pay for itself. Why isn’t each new house charged a fee to help pay for part of the growth? If growth is paying for itself, why does the city have to raise taxes borrow millions more to keep up with growth?
The only thing growth is doing is raising the cost of living for everyone already living in the area. What is the advantage of adding hundreds of new houses to the area?
