According to the Union County Sheriff’s Office, a 2003 GMC medium duty utility truck, pictured above, driven by Bryan E. Bolling, 20, of Woodburn, Kentucky, rolled over on U.S. 33, near Route 739, at 11:49 a.m. Tuesday. The driver reportedly lost control, drove off the road and into a ditch, rolling onto its side and breaking into multiple pieces. Bolling was transported to Memorial Hospital after the crash. He was issued a traffic citation for failure to control. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the crash. One lane on U.S. 33 was closed at around noon so the scene could be cleaned up. The roadway was completely opened again at around 2:45 p.m. Units from the Sheriff’s Office and the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the scene.
