Marysville’s Homecoming Parade stepped off along an unfamiliar route Wednesday evening. Above, the procession travels past hundreds of people lined up along Maple Street. The traditional route follows Main Street north to Elwood Avenue, but street improvements forced the change. Below left, a member of Marysville’s FFA chapter hands a piece of candy to a youngster on Maple Street. Below right, members of the high school volleyball team provide beaded necklaces, bracelets, candy and even bubbles for the crowd. The Monarchs face Hillard Darby tonight for Homecoming.
