Work continues on a paving project at the parking lot shared by the Marysville High School Football Stadium and Early College High School. Shown above, workers from Staffco Construction of Dayton work this morning to bury drainage tiles under the parking lot. The work has resulted in school officials using the Marysville High School lot and Union County Fairgrounds for parking during high school football games. The more than $2 million project also includes work on the district bus garage and area surrounding it. Officials have said they hope to have a usable portion of the parking lot in place sometime in October, but a permanent coat of asphalt may not be completed until next spring.
