For hours on Thursday, U.S. 36 was closed near Union Recyclers in both directions because a semi rolled over on Wednesday at about 9:33 p.m. According to the incident report, the semi struck a tree, then a utility pole before overturning. The utility pole was replaced on Thursday morning, and U.S. 36 was reopened by 11 a.m. The Marysville Division of Fire and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the incident. At least one person was transported to Memorial Hospital. More details about the incident were not available at press time.
