Carl Donald Cosgray, 85, of Marysville, died peacefully at his home Monday, Feb. 5, 2018.
He was a retired associate of UCO Industries, where he worked in production for many years. He was also a former employee of Kitchen’s Cardinal grocery store, Marysville Daycare Center and Courtyard by Marriott. He was well recognized when riding his three-wheel bicycle around town and was well known for hosting fun Halloween parties.
He was a big fan of the Cleveland Indians and Columbus Clippers and enjoyed anything “baseball.” He participated the past two years in the Miracle League of Central Ohio baseball. He also enjoyed bowling and joined many bowling leagues throughout the years. He enjoyed fishing and attending the Union County Fair.
He was born March 21, 1932, in Franklin County, to the late Benjamin and Gladys Yocum Cosgray.
He is survived by his housemates, Terry Gregory, Tyler Dillahunt, Tim Riebel and Kim Hogle, and many other loving caregivers and friends.
A funeral service celebrating his life will be held at 6 p.m. Monday at Underwood Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
