David Pacha, 75 of Richwood, died Sunday morning December 3, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born June 10, 1948 in Marion to the late Donald and Margaret (Fulton) Pacha. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Edward Pacha and his father-in-law, William Jerew.
After high school David worked at Whirlpool in Marion. In 1968 David owned Don’s Pawn Shop in Marion for over 40 years where he and his wife worked side by side every day. David’s loves were his farm and his dogs, Gunner and Maggie. David and his dogs walked the 2-mile lap around the field twice a day.
Over the years David enjoyed camping, BBQ cookouts with family (every Wednesday and Sunday), riding snowmobiles, motorcycle riding, and mowing the lawn.
As David was in Hospice Care it was important to him that they knew how important and proud he was of his family.

Surviving is his wife, Deborah (Jerew) Pacha, they were married March 24, 1967 in Richwood. Also surviving are their children, Lauri (Roger Pitchford) Pacha of Richwood, Tabitha (Terry) Thompson of Prospect; grandchildren, Samantha (Patrick) Henry, Tony (Ashlee) Thompson, Trent (Nora) Thompson and Jordyn (Corbin) Bunsold; Great Children, Kylynn, Charlee, and Kaydence Thompson, Rowan Henry and looking forward to Georgia Thompson in January 2024; siblings, Ronnie Pacha of Marion, Peggy Pacha and Gina (Clay) Hunter both of Florida; Mother-in-Law, Grace Jerew of Richwood and sisters-in-law, Joni Pitts and Nancy Pacha.
Private graveside services will be held at the Claibourne Cemetery.
