Jamie S. Crossman, 36, of Marysville, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, at Memorial Hospital with her family by her side after many years of failing health.
She was a devoted wife and loving mother, a strong Christian and a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church where she also helped with the church website. She was an online missionary for Campus Crusade for Christ, enjoyed scrapbooking and anything with computers and playing board games with her kids.
A 2000 graduate of New Richmond High School, she formerly worked as a home health aide, as well as at Honda of America and Taco Bell.
She was born Aug. 26, 1982, in Columbus, she was the daughter of David and Darlene (Cox) Ruckman. She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her husband Chris A. Crossman, of Marysville, whom she married Aug. 7, 2004. She is also survived by her children Arianna and Cayden; mother and stepfather Darlene (Steven) Weigum of Richwood; her adopted father Frank McClure; a sister Kandi Roward of Galipolis; three half-brothers; a half-sister; three special nieces; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and church family.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at noon Monday, Dec. 10, 2018 at Bible Baptist Church. The Rev. Jeremy Stout will officiate and burial will follow at Claibourne Cemetery.
Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Campus Crusade for Christ in care of the funeral home.
