According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Elijah J. Adler, 36, of Urbana was arrested for an FRA/non-compliance suspension and driving under suspension on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 4:41 p.m. Friday.
Brandon Scott Hamilton, 37, of Springfield was arrested for theft – shoplifting and possessing criminal tools in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 12:52 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed for an incident in which officers were dispatched to Meijer in reference to a theft in progress complaint.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 6:06 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate property was found at Wal-Mart.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Lucas R. Fischer, 32, of Springwood Lane and Christa L. Williams, 46, of Poppy Lane that occurred on Route 31 at Mill Road at 8:49 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Fischer was traveling north on Route 31 and was turning left onto Mill Road while Williams was traveling south on Route 31, about to pass Mill Road. Fischer failed to yield to Williams, but said Williams’ vehicle was not seen because the headlights weren’t on and it was dark and rainy outside. Williams was cited for no headlights during a restricted time/weather condition, when lights were required. Fischer was cited for failure to yield the right of way. Reports indicate no apparent injuries were experienced, but Williams was evaluated and treated at the scene by the Marysville Division of Fire.
Sherry D. Sparks, 60, of Meadows Drive was arrested for menacing in the 500 block of Meadows Drive at 7:22 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a missing juvenile in the 200 block of Scott Farms Boulevard at 10 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses, including unruly behavior or curfew violations, in the 100 block of Butternut Drive at 11:27 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of menacing in the 1400 block of Milford Avenue at 12:46 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of unlawful restraint in the 1300 block of Woodline Drive at 12:57 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 100 block of West Third Street at 5:42 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of theft – beyond express or implied consent in the 400 block of Poppy Lane at 8:56 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a complainant stated her step-daughter stole jewelry from her.
Police responded to a report of assault – knowingly harming the victim in the 800 block of East Fifth Street at 10:05 p.m. Saturday.
Seth G. Lyon, 32, of Hickory Drive was arrested for disorderly conduct – intoxicated annoyance or alarm on S. Maple Street at 10:32 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Lyon was walking in the middle of S. Maple Street while intoxicated.
Police conducted a death investigation in the 400 block of Rosehill Drive at 5:15 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the reporting person stated she awoke to find that her husband died in his sleep overnight.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 9 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a subject reported finding tools laying in the roadway at the listed location.

Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Harriott Road for an injury crash involving a 2014 Ford Escape that struck a 2020 Dodge Ram truck at 9:34 a.m. Friday. The driver of the Ford, Sandra F. McKitrick, 62, of Delaware was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Allen Center Road to investigate threatening statements that were made on a social media website at 2:32 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to Route 47 near Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2001 Dodge Durango that drove off the road and into a ditch at 4:34 p.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to the U.S. 33 westbound off-ramp to U.S. 42 for a property damage crash involving a 2008 Saturn Astra that struck the back of a 2005 Toyota Camry at 4:50 p.m. Friday. The driver of the Saturn, Rudolph N. Pataro, 28, of Dublin was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies were dispatched to the 25000 block of Lunda Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 9:46 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 8000 block of Harriott Road to investigate a telecommunications harassment complaint at 12:26 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 25000 block of Route 31 to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 1:27 p.m. Saturday. The parties were separated.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Lucas A. Tumeo, 31, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:29 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional jail.
A deputy and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department were dispatched to a business in the 21000 block of Route 347 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 7:01 a.m. Saturday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 21000 block of Route 347 to investigate damage to the tires on a 1999 Honda Odyssey at 10:57 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a domestic fight between a father and son at 2:17 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 31000 block of Route 31 to investigate the theft of a credit card from an unlocked vehicle at 5:46 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Eiterman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Toyota Camry and a 2014 Audi A4 at 6:19 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy met with a Reynoldsburg Police Officer to take custody of Tahl Benit, 42, of Sheffield Village for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:32 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Westerville Police Officer to take custody of Morgan D. Rutter, 23, of Sunbury for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:55 a.m. Sunday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy was sent to a property on Short Street in Milford Center to investigate forced entry into a shed at 1:22 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 21000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate a scam and theft by deception at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 to investigate the theft of a security camera system at 5:19 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to the area of County Home Road and Blues Creek Road to investigate a vehicle trespassing on a farm field access lane at 6:12 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 6:42 p.m. Sunday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 42 near Watkins California Road, a deputy arrested Christopher J. Burgess, 26, of Ostrander for an outstanding warrant from Delaware County at 11:51 p.m. Sunday. He was turned over to a Delaware County deputy.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Julian Wood, 24, of Marysville was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating rules for turns at an intersection on Route 4 at mile marker 15 at 1:28 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Wood was traveling south when he attempted to turn left onto an exit ramp. He failed to get into the left lane and instead made a wide left turn from the right lane.
