Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to a property damage crash at the intersection of Springdale Road and McBride Road involving a 1996 GMC truck that drove off the road and into a field at 7:28 a.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a resident from East Street in Broadway to investigate an online scam involving the purchase of two dogs at 2:40 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Cotton Slash Road for a person threatening self-harm at 5:03 p.m. Friday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 21000 block of Boord Road for an overdose at 5:24 p.m. Friday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Toyota Corolla that struck a 2013 Ford F-150 at 5:26 p.m. Friday.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Collins Road near Maple Ridge Road involving a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu that struck a deer at 6:44 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 42 near Route 736, a deputy charged David E. Hampton, 38, of Plain City with possession of drug abuse instruments at 12:46 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 161 and Middleburg Plain City Road for a property damage crash involving a 2016 Honda CR-V that was struck by a 2009 Honda Civic at 7:20 a.m. Saturday. The driver of the Honda CR-V, Britney J. Sharp, 35, of Milford Center was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way.
A deputy responded to Buck Run Road south of Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2001 Freightliner truck that backed into a 2007 Honda CR-V at 9:58 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Industrial Parkway for a property damage crash involving a 2006 Ford Escape that was struck by a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox at 2:39 p.m. Saturday. The driver of the Ford, Ishmael S. Wheeler, 20, of Columbus was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way.
While on patrol, a deputy stopped to check a possible disabled vehicle on Route 33 near U.S. 42 at 3:39 p.m. Saturday. After further investigation, the driver was transported to Memorial Hospital for making threats of self-harm.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to U.S. 33 west of Beecher Gamble Road for a vehicle fire involving a Chevrolet truck and a trailer at 4:58 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 161 and Cosgray Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2009 Toyota Corolla that was struck by a 2013 Ford Edge at 7:26 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Brandon L. S. Ray, 30, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:39 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 17000 block of White Stone Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Honda CR-V that struck a deer at 11:26 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to Route 38 south of Kleiber Road for an injury crash involving a 2004 Honda Pilot that drove off the road and struck a traffic sign and a tree at 4:56 p.m. Sunday. The driver, Nikki D. Davidson, 40, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Jerome Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Buick Verano that struck a 2014 Chevrolet Alero at 10:36 p.m. Sunday. The driver of the Buick, Grayson E. Miller, 18, of Delaware was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at a stop sign.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Newton Perkins Road and Perkins Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1998 Chevrolet S-10 that drove off the road and struck a culvert at 11:47 p.m. Sunday.
