Timothy Baumgardner, 49, of Parkway Drive was arrested for disorderly conduct on Fourth and Main Streets at 3:57 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate Baumgardner was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail. Reports indicate he was intoxicated and refused to call anyone to come pick him up.
Police responded to a mental health issue at 4:16 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of a theft in office in the 100 block of S. Main Street at 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate a local business reported theft from an employee.
Police responded to a report of lost property at 7 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a disabled/public parking tow in the 200 block of Collins Avenue at 10:28 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate a vehicle was left near an intersection on Ninth Street near Stocksdale Drive.
Police responded to a mental health issue at 1 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of Milcrest Drive at 2:11 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate MPD was called to Monarch Skilled Nursing Home in reference to a theft offense.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 1000 block of Emilia Place for a person threatening self-harm at 10:38 a.m. Thursday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Dog Leg Road to investigate identity theft involving a social security number and a tax return at 10:49 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Gary D. Huff Jr., 30, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:29 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and the Union County Dog Warden were sent to a residence in the 34000 block of Baldwin Road to investigate three dogs that attacked several horses at 3:23 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy investigated the theft of musical equipment from a vehicle that was parked at a residence in the 6000 block of El Camino Drive at 3:38 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Emilia Place for an attempted suicide at 4:20 p.m. Thursday. The victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
A deputy met with a Whitehall Police Officer to take custody of Eric S. Fountain, 22, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:05 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
