Ryan Scott Newell, 27, of Magnolia Drive was cited for discharging firearms in the 200 block of Magnolia Drive at 8:25 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Jan. 23 incident in which a local resident reported a bullet hole in her window.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 1800 block of Deer Crossing Drive at 10:49 a.m. Monday. The reporting person advised she received a 1099 form for unemployment she never claimed.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 9:32 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate a stolen credit card was used to purchase semi-truck tires from Hogan Tire.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of Columbus Avenue at 8:21 a.m. Monday. A male reported that a handgun was stolen from his truck.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a hitskip driver that occurred on Bridgewater Drive at 3:39 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a vehicle was parked near a residence on Bridgewater Drive when it was struck by another vehicle that left the scene.

A deputy responded to Orchard Road near Streng Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Honda Ridgeline that lost control, drove off the road and struck a fence at 6:33 a.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a deer at 6:45 p.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Industrial Parkway and U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Ford F-150 that backed into a 2021 Kia Optima at 8:29 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Sam Reed Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 9:14 a.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 7600 block of Currier Road to investigate an online scam involving an Apple iCloud account at 9:41 a.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 9100 block of Crottinger Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 12:27 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 8700 block of Schiederer Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 1:12 p.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated the theft of a debit card and a cell phone that were taken from a business in the 7200 block of Route 161 at 1:12 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Askins Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 3:46 p.m. Monday.
A Union County deputy met with a Delaware County deputy to take custody of Joseph A. Miller, 35, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:13 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 22000 block of Darby Pottersburg Road to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a mailbox and then left the scene at 6:12 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Springdale Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 9:15 p.m. Monday.
Deputies went to the Franklin County jail to take custody of Kylejay A. Bassford, 35, of Dublin for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:03 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
