Police responded to a report of a civil standby/issue in the 800 block of Lone Rise Drive at 4 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate two males and a female were “scammed into providing currency to unknown parties.”
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 15500 block of U.S. 36 at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate marijuana was seized after an individual was reported to be intoxicated.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 600 block of Milford Avenue at 8:13 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate unknown individuals are “messing with the doors” of the complainant’s residence to “scare or irritate them.”

Deputies responded to the area of Route 38 and Kleiber Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Nissan Sentra that left the roadway and came to stop in a ditch at 4:33 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Tytus Andrew Miller, 33, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:47 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to a residence in the 10000 block of Corona Lane to investigate theft of a purse from a vehicle at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the 16000 block of County Home Road to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck fence posts at 10:07 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and the Union County Dog Warden responded to the 20000 block of Peoria Loop Road to investigate a report of canines attacking chickens at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to a residence in the 22000 block of Buck Run Road to investigate a lost work identification card at 11:02 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Union County Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Michael L. Payne, 59, of Columbus for a bond violation at 2:41 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to a residence in the 10000 block of Corona Lane to investigate a vehicle that had been rummaged through at 3:57 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to a residence in the 15000 block of Meadowbrook Drive to investigate a fraudulent unemployment claim filed using the victim’s personal information at 4:04 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash in the 9000 block of New California Drive involving a 2017 BMW X1 that struck a mailbox at 9:53 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies responded to a residence in the 15000 block of Macklin Road to investigate a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday.
