According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Brittney Leanne Evilsizor, 24, of Route 559 was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 4:26 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate she turned herself in due to having an active warrant.
Jesse Douglas McDaniel, 21, of Allen Center Road was arrested for speeding and driving under suspension on U.S. 33 at Route 4 at 2:13 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate he was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving under suspension.
Police responded to a report of telecommunications harassment in the 200 block of Redwood Drive at 2:18 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 700 block of E. Fourth Street at 6:27 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate two local residents received text messages from an unknown party that concerned them about their safety.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies went to the Clark County Jail in Jeffersonville, Indiana to take custody of Christopher M. Jackson, 25, of Louisville, Kentucky for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:41 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the 24000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Dodge Caravan that drove off the road, struck a mailbox and then left the scene at 8:50 a.m. Monday. Deputies located the vehicle and the driver, Seona D. Harpel, 27, of Kenton, who was issued traffic citations for failure to control and failure to stop after an accident.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 28000 block of Route 31 to investigate the theft of a 2000 Buick Century at 9:20 a.m. Monday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 739 and Honda Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Volvo semi that was struck from behind by a 2012 Chevrolet Colorado at 10:16 a.m. Monday. The driver of the Chevrolet, Alexander D. Goodin, 27, of Springfield was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy was sent to a cemetery in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road, struck a tombstone and then left the scene at 10:33 a.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to arrest Mark A. Graham, 58, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:51 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to Route 4 near Trout Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Scion XA that lost control and drove off the side of the road at 5:05 p.m. Monday.
A deputy and a Richwood Police Officer investigated damage caused by a vehicle driving through a field at the Richwood Fairgrounds at 5:52 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate damage done to a 2017 Honda Accord at 6:15 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Allen Center Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 11:11 p.m. Monday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to the scene of an accident involving Kennedy Elizabeth Jordan, 19, of Richwood and Charles Wilcox, 59, of Richwood that occurred on Route 4 at mile marker 19 at 1:27 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate Wilcox was traveling northeast on Route 4 and slowed to yield to garbage truck when Kennedy struck the rear of a trailer attached to Wilcox’s vehicle. Jordan sustained suspected minor injuries while Wilcox was not injured. Jordan was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
