Amanda Kay Vose, 44, of Stallion Way was cited for dogs and other animals running at large in the 600 block of Stallion Way at 9:46 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citation was issued after an individual reported being bitten by a dog.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 700 block of Meadows Drive at 12:24 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a male took a female complainant’s phone.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 1000 block of Miami Drive at 9:12 a.m. Friday. The reporting person indicated he received a 1099-G form that advised someone used his name to receive $11,202 in unemployment benefits.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 2200 block of Trophy Drive at 3:18 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 600 block of Chestnut Street at 4:31 p.m. Friday. The reporting person indicated he received a 1099-G form but did not apply for unemployment benefits.

Robert E. Mullins, 54, of Milridge Drive was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1400 block of Milridge Drive at 1:50 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of sexual battery at an unlisted address at 12:32 a.m. Saturday.

Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a hitskip driver that occurred on S. Main Street at 2:47 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a vehicle was parked facing east behind 227 S. Main Street. The vehicle was struck along the driver side by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene.
Stephen Howard Hathaway, 41, of Grove City was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 3:36 p.m. Sunday.
Misty M. Graham, 47, of Northcrest Drive was cited for domestic violence in the 100 block of Northcrest Drive at 10:10 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 1500 block of Downey Drive at 12:02 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a dispute between a husband and wife “turned physical.”
Police responded to a report of a suicide attempt at an unlisted address at 5:33 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 6:59 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Rowan Douglas Hallam, 19, of W. Fourth Street that occurred on N. Maple Street at Fairview Avenue at 1:06 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Hallam was traveling southbound on N. Maple Street and sideswiped a school speed limit pole, damaging its base. No citations are listed.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Amber Ann Tinch, 32, of Mechanicsburg and William John Cherry, 31, of Rainbow Drive that occurred on N. Maple Street at W. Fifth Street at 5:27 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Tinch was traveling northbound on N. Maple Street and struck the rear of Cherry’s vehicle while he was at the stoplight. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. No citations are listed.

Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to a residence in the 16000 block of Herchanhahn Road for a person found deceased by a family member at 10:45 a.m. Friday. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Raymond Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 10:58 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 24000 block of Holycross Epps Road to investigate a neighbor dispute at 11:22 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 8000 block of Route 736 to investigate the theft of a package at 11:47 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 11:50 a.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to the U.S. 33 exit to Northwest Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Honda Civic that was struck by a 2007 Honda Accord at 2:12 p.m. Friday. The juvenile driver of the Honda Civic was issued a traffic citation for making an improper turn in the roadway.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Raymond Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 2:29 p.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to Yearsley Road north of Patrick Brush Run Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2000 Honda Accord that struck a deer at 6:28 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 16000 block of Riverbirch Drive to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 6:38 p.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a Dublin Police Department officer to take custody of Terry M. Carpenter II, 26, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:28 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Richwood Police Department and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to a residence in the 11000 block of Hoskins Road for an overdose at 9:22 p.m. Friday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.

Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to the 13000 block of Route 4 for a property damage crash involving a 2008 Ford F-350 that lost control, drove off the road and struck a guardrail at 11:29 a.m. Sunday. The driver, Zachery E. Fritz, 24, of Columbus was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
