According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 1500 block of Carmel Drive at 8:08 a.m. Monday. The reporting person indicated a dispute with her co-worker occurred.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 1400 block of London Avenue at 9:39 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the reporting person received a 1099-G form and was the subject of fraudulent unemployment claims.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 1400 block of Meadowlark Lane at 3:23 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 1000 block of Creekview Drive at 5:28 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Jessica M. Sloan, 28, of Valley Drive and Michael R. Barkhau, 49, of White Stone Road that occurred on Northwoods Drive at Cobblestone Way at 2:49 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate Sloan was traveling westbound on Northwoods Drive and Barkhau was traveling southbound on Cobblestone Way. Barkhau allegedly slid past the stop bar for the stop sign at Cobblestone Way and struck Sloan’s vehicle. Sloan experienced possible injuries but was not transported from the scene. Barkhau did not experience any apparent injuries. No citations are listed.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a juvenile driver and Donna Lee Franke, 51, of Sassafras Lane that occurred on Route 31 at Mill Wood Blvd. at 7:03 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the juvenile driver was traveling east on Mill Wood Blvd. and attempted to make a right turn onto Route 31. As the driver turned, she lost control and slid into Franke’s vehicle. Franke was in the left turn lane of Route 31, waiting to turn left onto Mill Wood Blvd. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. The juvenile was cited for failure to control.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Faulk Street for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 2:16 a.m. Monday. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Ethan M. Lowther, 26, of Raymond for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:35 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
The Union County Dog Warden was sent to a residence in the 600 block of Stallion Way in Marysville to investigate a dangerous dog at 7:38 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 7300 block of Willowbrush Drive for a person threatening self-harm at 9:41 a.m. Monday. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
The Union County Dog Warden went to a residence in the 700 block of Baluster Drive in Marysville to investigate a dangerous dog at 10:15 a.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Newton Perkins Road and Perkins Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Lincoln Navigator that lost control, drove off the road and struck a road sign at 11:26 a.m. Monday. The driver, Billie J. Daugherty, 25, of West Mansfield was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road for a person threatening self-harm at 11:42 a.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Brittney N. LeMaster, 30, of Mount Gilead for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:14 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to Route 4 north of Trout Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Pontiac Vibe that lost control, drove off the road and into a ditch at 2:29 p.m. Monday. The juvenile driver was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Springdale Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 3:52 p.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Eiterman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Honda Civic that was struck by an unknown semi-truck that fled the scene at 4:24 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 21000 block of Westlake Lee Road to investigate a trespassing complaint involving snowmobiles at 5:17 p.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the 7300 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Ford F-150 that was struck by a 2012 Kia Forte at 5:31 p.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Hickory Ridge Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Honda Passport that was struck by a 2014 Kia Soul at 5:36 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Route 739 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 10:51 p.m. Monday.
