According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Ashley L. Brentlinger, 31, of Hemlock Drive and Joshua McKilney, 33, of Red Pine Drive that occurred on E. Tenth Street at Chestnut Street at 5:26 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate Brentlinger attempted to overtake McKilney and made contact with his vehicle while attempting to pass. She was cited for overtaking/passing to the left.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 4 and U.S. 36 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Accord that lost control and drove into a field at 6:44 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Kirby Road to investigate a dispute between two brothers at 11:03 a.m. Thursday. The parties were separated.
A deputy investigated identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim that occurred at a residence in the 12000 block of Rausch Road at 11:19 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 10000 block of Watkins Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 11:34 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Wintercreeper Court to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 4:13 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Miller Road at Osborne Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Dodge Ram that was struck by a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado at 5:07 p.m. Thursday. The driver of the Dodge, Joseph W. Beran, 24, of Bucyrus was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at a stop sign.
A deputy responded to the intersection of McKitrick Road and Mitchell Dewitt Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Subaru Legacy and a 2019 Volkswage Tiguan at 6:15 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 18000 block of Raymond Road to investigate a domestic dispute between grandparents and a grandson at 7:49 p.m. Thursday.
