Kyler L. Cornelius, 20, of W. Ninth Street was arrested for domestic violence – knowingly causing physical harm in the 200 block of W. Ninth Street at 12:56 a.m. Monday.
Police assisted another agency in the 800 block of Southwood Drive at 2:44 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate MPD was dispatched in reference to a medical response.
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering with the purpose of committing a theft offense in the 1400 block of Milford Avenue at 10:51 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate there was a report of breaking and entering at the Stow Away storage units.
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 1800 block of Chiprock Drive at 11:29 p.m. Monday.

A deputy responded to the 21000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Dodge truck that struck a mailbox at 1:32 a.m. Friday.
A deputy met with an Upper Arlington Police Officer to take custody of Ceara N. Priddy, 24, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:16 a.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 21000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a utility pole, breaking it in half, then left the scene at 2:35 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Richwood Police Department, the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to Route 4 north of Tawa Road for an injury crash involving a 1996 Chevrolet Truck that drove off the road and rolled over at 7:15 a.m. Friday. One of the occupants in the truck, Michael E. Duncan II, 37, of Marion was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Marion County. He was turned over to a Marion County deputy and the State Patrol investigated the crash.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the 20000 block of Route 245 for an injury crash involving a 2001 Ford F-250 that drove off the road and then rolled onto its side at 8:26 a.m. Friday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver, Thomas J. Neill, 33, of North Lewisburg was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 26000 block of Claibourne Road to investigate an inappropriate message sent via a social media website at 9:36 a.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Fairfield County Jail to take custody of Christopher Coffenberger, 32, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 9:46 a.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 26000 block of Sandusky Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2009 Honda Accord that lost control, drove off the road and stuck several fence posts at 11:54 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 9000 block of Homer Road for a property damage crash involving a 2001 Dodge Dakota that struck a 1993 Plymouth Voyager at 2:24 p.m. Friday. The driver of the Plymouth, Chad M. Dunlap, 40, of North Lewisburg was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield from a private drive.
A deputy assisted a Plain City Police Officer with a person possibly threatening suicide at a residence on West Main Street at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway to investigate a person who failed to pay for fuel and then left the scene at 10:12 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 31000 block of Greenville Treaty Line Road to investigate damage to a farm field caused by a truck that left the scene at 10:12 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 24000 block of Route 161 to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 10:29 p.m. Friday. The parties were separated.
A deputy responded to Yearsley Road near Patrick Brush Run Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt that struck a deer at 12:25 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to the 20000 block of Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1997 Ford F-150 pulling a trailer that lost control and struck a guardrail at 8:50 a.m. Saturday. The driver, Tyler S. Gillming, 19, of Raymond was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Ravenhill Parkway and Orchid Hill Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Isuzu truck that struck a 2010 Honda Accord, which then struck a 2018 BMW X1 at 9:58 a.m. Saturday. The driver of the Isuzu, Dean D. Berry, 56 of Columbus was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
Deputies responded to the U.S. 33 off-ramp to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Mazda CX9 that struck the back of a 2017 Hyundai Elantra at 11:10 a.m. Saturday. The driver of the Mazda, James R. Shannonhouse, 51, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies and a Richwood Police Officer were dispatched to a residence in the 32000 block of Water Street in Essex for an unruly juvenile at 11:56 a.m. Saturday. The juvenile was transported to Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway for a person threatening self-harm at 10:02 p.m. Saturday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to Route 31 south of Wheeler Green Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox that drove off the road and struck a utility pole at 1:03 a.m. Sunday. The driver, Angelique M. Armstrong, 38, of Redford, Michigan was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near the rest area, a deputy arrested Coleton W. Tuttle, 37, of Canton, Mississippi for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 1:27 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 347 near Whitestone Road, a deputy arrested Ashley N. Landon, 30, of Milford Center for an outstanding arrest warrant from Champaign County at 3:50 a.m. Sunday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
As a result of a driving complaint investigation on Route 161 near Axe Handle Road, a deputy arrested Joshua C. Howell, 37, of Columbus for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 10:37 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of James R. Neff, 39, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:53 p.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail and was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after arriving at the jail.
A deputy responded to Winnemac Road south of Yoakum Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox that lost control, drove off the road and into a farm field at 5:21 p.m. Sunday. The driver, Emma L. Bruhnsen, 39, of LaRue was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road for an injury crash involving a 2016 Toyota Camry that lost control, drove off the road and struck a guardrail at 6:39 p.m. Sunday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver, Katherine A. Kloss, 53, of South Bend, Indiana was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department and the Allen Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 near Barker Road for an injury crash involving a 2016 Nissan Rogue that drove off the road, struck a fence and a concrete culvert at 7:45 p.m. Sunday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver, Craig D. Cashner, 42, of Hilliard was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy responded to Route 736 south of Scottslawn Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban that drove off the road and into a ditch at 8:09 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Jerome Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Ford F-250 that was pulling a horse trailer that lost control and jack-knifed in the roadway at 11:29 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Corporate Boulevard and Commerce Place to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Ford F-350 that backed into a 2018 Toyota Tacoma at 11:38 a.m. Monday. The driver of the Ford, Glenn W. Pennington, 48, of Columbus was issued a traffic citation for improper starting and backing.
A deputy was dispatched to the 25000 block of Route 4 to investigate several homes that were shot with paint balls at 1:36 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Kangol K. Odo, 48, of Marysville for a bond violation at 4:58 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Route 47 to investigate threatening messages that were received on a social media website at 11:06 p.m. Monday.
