According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 600 block of Scott Farms Blvd. at 12:07 p.m. Wednesday. The reporting person indicated he received a notification from his employer’s HR department that a fraudulent unemployment claim was filed using his social security number.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 100 block of Sumac Drive at 7:42 p.m. Wednesday. A father reported that he was concerned that his kids are in danger of their mother while in her custody.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 1500 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:04 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate subjects stole liquor from Kroger Marketplace.
Police responded to a request to assist another agency in the 500 block of London Avenue at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
While on patrol in the area of Route 37 and Bethlehem Claibourne Road, a deputy stopped to check on two individuals walking along the road at 12:21 a.m. Wednesday. After further investigation, it was determined the individuals had been trespassing in an abandoned residence in the area.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9200 block of Wells Road to investigate a vehicle break-in at 6:22 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 7000 block of Scioto Road to investigate possible identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 2:43 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 15000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Route 739 for a person threatening self-harm at 4:21 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a neighbor dispute over the unauthorized use of a dumpster at 7:48 p.m. Wednesday.
