Nicholas Todd Huizenga, 29, of Pandora, was arrested for license forfeiture Monday at 11:09 a.m.
Police investigated a theft on East Fifth Street Monday at 1:06 p.m.
Officers investigated a report of criminal damaging Monday at 8:11 p.m.

David C. Bussard, 28, of Columbus, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy went to the Franklin County Jail at 1:16 a.m. Friday. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Christina M. Chapman, 31, of Columbus, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy met with a Delaware Police officer at 3:10 a.m. Friday. She was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Ryan J. Moore, 35, of Lima, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy went to the Allen County Jail at 4:08 p.m. Friday. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and members of the Plain City Police Department were sent to a residence on Lafayette Plain City Road for an unruly juvenile at 5:17 p.m. Friday.
The possible theft of two televisions at a residence on U.S. 36 was investigated at 9:09 p.m. Friday.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Liberty Township Fire Department and the Marysville Division of Fire responded to an injury crash involving a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox that lost control, drove off the road and struck several rocks before overturning and striking a tree and a utility pole on Route 31 at 9:15 p.m. Friday. The driver, Kimberly V. Hubbard, 26, of Taylor, Michigan, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A property damage crash involving a 2014 Lexus G35 that was struck from behind by a 2016 Honda Civic on Route 31 was investigated at 9:15 p.m. Friday. Units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Liberty Township Fire Department and the Marysville Division of Fire responded to the scene.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Route 739 for a person threatening self harm at 11:05 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department were dispatched to a residence for a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at a residence on U.S. 36 at 12:23 a.m. Saturday.
A trespassing complaint involving several juveniles at a residence on Neel Road was investigated at 2:05 a.m. Saturday.
Clinton B. Henry, 49, of Columbus, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy met with a Columbus Police officer at 3:04 a.m. Saturday. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on North Darby Coe Road for an unruly juvenile at 9:07 a.m. Saturday.
The theft of a trail camera at a property on Brock Road was investigated at 11:18 a.m. Saturday.
The theft of packages from a residence on Yearsley Road was investigated at 1:50 p.m. Saturday.
Charles C. York, 47, of Marysville, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy met with a Marysville Police officer at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Melinda M. Martin, 25, of Plain City, was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy and a Richwood Police officer went to a residence on Forest Lane, in Richwood, at 3:56 p.m. Saturday. She was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Kyle E. Nelson, 25, of Marysville, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after he turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Office at 4:30 p.m. Saturday. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Angel R. Patrick, 41, of Delaware, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy met with a Columbus Police officer at 5:26 p.m. Saturday. She was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
A road rage incident at a residence on Paver Barnes Road was investigated at 6:19 p.m. Saturday.
Kevin J. Hodge, 27, of Columbus, was charged with possession of marijuana as a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33, near Route 31, at 10:55 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Route 245 at 11:15 p.m. Saturday.
Samuel A. Ford, 22, of Marysville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant from Madison County after a traffic stop on U.S. 33, near Route 4, at 2:10 a.m. Sunday. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Suspicious activity at a residence on West Park Street, in Magnetic Springs, was investigated at 5:11 a.m. Sunday.
A property damage crash involving a 2018 Subaru that drove off the road and struck a mailbox on Industrial Parkway, near Fladt Road, was investigated at 5:09 p.m. Sunday. The driver, Adam M. Alltop, 32, of Milford Center, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Tyler J. Hawk, 26, of Marysville, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy met with a Marysville Police officer at 6:04 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and a Plain City Police officer were sent to a church on Industrial Parkway to investigate a domestic dispute between a male and a female in a vehicle at 6:25 p.m. Sunday.
Unwanted text messages from an ex-girlfriend were investigated at a residence on Fish Road at 8:19 p.m. Sunday.
An injury crash involving a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier that lost control, drove off the road and rolled over on Bethlehem Claibourne Road, near Kinney Pike, was investigated at 11:05 p.m. Sunday. A deputy and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the scene.
Jordan A. Muller, 27, of Canal Winchester, was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant after a deputy went to the Franklin County Jail at 11:37 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.

A deputy responded to the 8000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 BMW X3 that struck a deer Monday at 6:49 p.m.
Deputies went to a business in the 16000 block of Square Drive to arrest Sheri L. York, 49, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant Monday at 10:48 p.m. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
