According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Thomas J. Scholl, 29, of Hemlock Drive was cited for a judgement suspension in the 100 block of Hemlock Drive at 12:58 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Scholl was cited for driving under a suspended license.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 100 block of Buerger Street at 1:31 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Michael Allen Kinsey, 35, of E. Fourth Street that occurred on E. Fourth Street at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Kinsey was on the lot of the Marathon downtown, 303 E. Fifth St., and had pumped gas on the northeast most pump. The driver pulled away from the pump and started to turn right onto E. Fifth Street. He turned the vehicle too soon and struck a fire hydrant located in the northwest street lawn. He indicated that he could not see due to light conditions and the position of his vehicle relative to the height of the hydrant. No injury or other damage was reported and no citations were reported.

A deputy responded to the 13000 block of Maple Ridge Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Toyota Corolla that struck a deer at 1:29 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy spoke with a complainant from the 16000 block of Robinson Road in reference to a possible fraud at 10:59 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Biscayne Court to investigate a possible burglary at 2:18 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to Route 4 near Macklin Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that struck a deer at 6:57 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to Jerome Road near Hill Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Mazda MZ5 that struck a deer at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy met with a Delaware City Police Officer to take custody of Wayne A. Brekhus Jr., 26, of Delaware and Ross M. Cunningham, 38, of Springfield for outstanding arrest warrants at 9:29 p.m. Wednesday. They were transported to the Marysville Police Department and released after posting bond.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Dublin Police Department responded to Winget Road near Homer Road to investigate a report of a 2005 Dodge Dakota that was driving erratically in the area at 11:02 p.m. Wednesday. Deputies located the vehicle on Route 161 near Homer Road. As a result of the stop, Jared W. Stewart, 18, of Marysville was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a dispute at a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 at 11:46 p.m. Wednesday.
