According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Chase Joseph Pfolsgrof, 30, of N. Main Street was arrested for having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence in the 500 block of N. Main Street at 4:10 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from an incident in which MPD was dispatched to the area in reference to a loud noise complaint.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging/endangering in the 1500 block of London Avenue at 9:04 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the incident involved a ditch off of London Avenue in front of Agnone, Morrison and Associates.
Police responded to a report of pandering obscenity at 11:06 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a juvenile and Nikhil Tapira, 49, of Inverness, Illinois that occurred on Charles Lane at Delaware Avenue at 6:39 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the juvenile was taking up two lanes on Charles Lane, with an attached trailer. The juvenile turned right onto Delaware Avenue heading south from the left turn lane and struck Tapira’s vehicle, which was in the right turn lane. Reports indicate neither driver was injured. The juvenile was cited for driving left of center.
Kimberly Fleshman, 39, of Delaware was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 100 block of Northcrest Drive at 7:10 p.m. Saturday.
Anthony Sumner, 28, of West Liberty was arrested for driving while under the influence on U.S. 33 at 9:40 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a citizen reported an impaired driver traveling southbound on Route 4. Sumner was stopped on U.S. 33 and found to be impaired, arrested and taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Rogelio Lopez Sanchez, 28, of Marion was arrested for no operator’s license on Route 38 at Route 736 at noon Sunday.
Joshua M. Shreve, 36, of Mt. Victory was cited for consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle in the 17000 block of Route 31 at 5:02 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate he was cited after he was seen by an off-duty police officer while Shreve was drinking alcohol while in the McDonald’s drive-thru.
Brian Anthony Kerlegon, 43, of Bridgewater Drive was arrested for driving while under the influence; driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs; open container prohibited; and signals before changing course, turning or stopping on Watkins Road at U.S. 36 at 11:58 p.m. Sunday.
Julius L. Neal, Jr., 23, of Columbus was arrested on a warrant service arrest on Watkins Road at U.S. 36 at 12:01 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate MPD was dispatched to the area in reference to a possible impaired driver. As a result, Kerlegon and Neal were placed under arrest.
Police responded to a report of improperly handling of a firearm and driving while under the influence in the 300 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 11:45 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a traffic stop led to the arrest.
Reports indicate police responded to a mental health issue at 12:34 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 200 block of Greenwood Blvd. at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1600 block of Millington Way at 8:08 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a debit card was found in the area.

A deputy was sent to a residence on Railroad Street in Unionville Center to investigate theft by deception involving a digital check at 10:28 a.m. Friday.
Deputies investigated threatening telephone calls that were received from the 28000 block of Route 739 at 11:47 a.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Makia M. Hawkins, 23, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:10 p.m. Friday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of Hopewell Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Honda Civic that struck a deer at 6:51 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road, a deputy arrested Robert D. Potts, 55, of McDonough, Georgia for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 11:51 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42, a deputy arrested Isaiah J. Epling, 21, of Ostrander for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 2:18 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to Route 347 near Titus Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Hyundai that struck a cow in the roadway at 3:42 a.m. Saturday.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County Deputy to take custody of Sheena S. Stansberry, 31, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:39 a.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Marysville Police Department and released after posting a bond.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 at 4:20 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to the 7000 block of Route 161 for an intoxicated person causing a disturbance in a business at 7:17 p.m. Saturday. After further investigation, Anna Blaszczyk, 53, of Irvine, California was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to the 24000 block of Darby Pottersburg Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Kia Sorento that drove off the road, struck a fence and several trees at 12:19 a.m. Sunday. The driver, Samuel C. Oliver, 23, of Springfield was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Poling Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1998 Toyota Tacoma that struck a turkey at 11:50 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 26000 block of Route 4 to investigate damage to items on the property at 12:37 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to an injury crash on Brock Road near Cranberry Drive involving a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer that drove off the road, struck a tree and a fence before coming to a stop in a field at 12:49 p.m. Sunday. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital. The driver, Dennis A. Titus, 18, of Powell was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was sent to a residence on Pleasant Street in Milford Center to investigate a neighbor dispute at 12:56 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department, Marysville Fire Department and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the intersection of Route 347 and Sandusky Road for an injury crash involving a 2019 Honda Ridgeline that struck a 2018 Buick Encore at 1:48 p.m. Sunday. Two victims were transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver of the Honda, Ricky A. Alvarez, 56, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7000 block of Commerce Place to investigate three vehicle break-ins where a purse, books, a suitcase and cash were stolen at 2:58 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy investigated harassing text messages that were received at a residence in the 23000 block of Route 161 at 4:13 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Caitlyn D. Miller, 29, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6 p.m. Sunday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Amber M. Frost, 34, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:22 p.m. Sunday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Jonathan Savage, 28, of Bellefontaine was cited for speeding and operating a vehicle while intoxicated on U.S. 33 at mile marker 15 at 2:33 a.m. Saturday.
Chelsea Funk, 26, of Salem, Wisconsin was cited for speeding and operating a vehicle while intoxicated on U.S. 33 at mile marker 19 at 6:34 p.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
