According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Donald L. Gorrell, 70, of Wagon Wheel Lane was arrested for driving while under the influence and driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs in the 600 block of Wagon Wheel Lane at 3:36 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Donald L. Gorrell that occurred on Buerger Street at 2:31 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate a vehicle was parked along the street facing southbound in front of 218 Buerger Street. Gorrell was driving northbound on Buerger Street and struck the parked vehicle’s driver side. Gorrell continued on and was located about two minutes later on a different street. Gorrell tested positive for alcohol and was arrested for OVI. He was also cited for failure to control.
Richard Pepicello, 36, of Martin Welch Road was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs in the 17000 block of Route 31 at 7:49 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Milford Avenue at 2:18 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate medication was reportedly stolen from a residence.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions at 3:33 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of a well-being check in the 500 block of Glen Oaks Drive at 10:44 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a reporting person was concerned about a possible suicide attempt.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Cory Lee Fields, 27, of Richwood, Lori Ann Hicks, 41, of Lakeside Circle and Ashley Nicole Kerwood, 22, of Mill Park Drive that occurred on Delaware Avenue at Cherry Street at 4:34 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Fields was heading west on Delaware Avenue when he fell asleep at the wheel, striking the rear of Hicks’ vehicle while she was stopped at the light at five points. Fields was towing a small trailer and pushed Hicks into Kerwood’s vehicle, who was also stopped at the light at the five points intersection. Hicks and Kerwood both experienced suspected minor injuries and were transported to hospitals by Marysville Division of Fire. Fields did not experience any suspected injuries. He was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Police responded to a mental health issue in the 600 block of Allenby Drive at 12:56 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 100 block of N. Plum Street at 4:37 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a set of car keys were recovered at JMA Auto Sales.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Jacob Fisher, 25, of De Graff and a hit-skip driver that occurred on U.S. 33 at U.S. 36 at 6:38 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Fisher was traveling eastbound on U.S. 33 in the left lane. A second vehicle was traveling in the right lane and attempted to enter the left lane, striking Fisher’s vehicle. The second vehicle, which was described as a white F150 with a black trailer, continued eastbound on U.S. 33.
Gary William O’Connor, 23, of First Street was cited for an open liquor container – operator or passenger of a motor vehicle on First Street at 2:45 a.m. Sunday.
Ethan Xavier Shepherd, 23, of West Third Street was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs and reasonable control of a device in the 100 block of Grand Avenue at 4:37 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Ethan Xavier Shepherd, 23, of W. Third Street that occurred on W. Third Street at Grand Avenue at 2:12 a.m. Sunday. Shepherd was traveling northbound on Grand Avenue and attempted to make a right turn onto W. Third Street. He lost control of his vehicle and took a wide turn, crashing into the yard of 104 Grand Avenue. He then reversed his vehicle and backed into the stop sign at Grand Avenue and W. Third Street. Shepherd did not experience any suspected injuries, but received the citations listed above.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 700 block of Arabian Circle at 12:40 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD units assisted MFD with an intoxicated patient.

Union County and Champaign County Deputies investigated a domestic violence incident that started in a vehicle on Route 245 near Poling Road and ended at a residence on Walnut Street in North Lewisburg at 12:09 a.m. Friday. As a result of the investigation, Stephanie L. Hartley-Moses, 36, of North Lewisburg was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Richwood Police Officer to take custody of Robert M. Miller, 30, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:05 a.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Logan K. Herford, 29, of Lakeview for an outstanding arrest. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Honeysuckle Way for a person making threats of self-harm at 6:18 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Navin Road for a domestic dispute between a girlfriend and boyfriend at 9:34 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to residence in the 17000 block of Navin Road to investigate damage to a vehicle as a result of a domestic dispute between a girlfriend and boyfriend at 11:15 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42, a deputy arrested Christian Vazquez, 21, of Columbus for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 3:08 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy investigated threatening messages that were received at a residence in the 33000 block of Fields Road at 2:39 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Main Street in Unionville Center to investigate a domestic dispute between several family members at 3:19 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Lunda Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 10:58 p.m. Saturday. The parties were separated.
As a result of a traffic stop on Square Drive in Marysville, a deputy arrested Dustin S. Swartzmiller, 32, of Marysville for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 3 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate several unruly juveniles involved in the drug use at 7:03 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Martin Welch Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a father and son at 10:12 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Tammy R. Hall, 44, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:02 p.m. Sunday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on West State Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 6:24 p.m. Sunday.
