Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Shirk Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 9:25 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to Fourth Street near Cross Street in Unionville Center for an unruly juvenile at 12:24 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Thomas J. Bernstiel, 32, of Worthington for a probation violation at 12:57 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Brown School Road to investigate damage to a flag at 4:16 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Payne Road for an unruly juvenile at 7:36 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Boundary Road for a person threatening self-harm at 7:44 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to a health care facility.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 9200 block of Scheiderer Road for a person threatening self-harm at 10:02 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Route 245 near Paver Barnes Road involving a 2005 Dodge Caravan that drove off the road and struck a tree at 6:20 a.m. Tuesday. The driver, Benjamin D. Brown, 29, of Urbana was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Jerome Road and U.S. 42 for a property damage crash involving a 2017 Peterbilt dump truck that was struck by a 2006 Kenworth semi-truck at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Peterbilt, Frank A. Grillo, 58, of Galion was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield at a stop sign.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Robinson Road near Herchanhahn Road involving a 2016 Ford Focus that struck a guardrail at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 47 and Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Ford F-750 that was struck by a 2016 Toyota Corolla at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Ryan C. Miller, 33, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:26 p.m. Tuesday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to the area of Route 245 and Hunters Run for a person acting disorderly at 8:34 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway for an intoxicated person refusing to leave the property at 10:18 p.m. Tuesday. After further investigation, Udo H. Etukakpan, 51, of Powell was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
