According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Ralph Ross, 52, of Piqua was arrested for theft by deception in Marysville at 3:11 p.m. Thursday.
Zachary Robert Hays Corven, 25, of Greenwood Blvd. was arrested for unlawful possession of a dangerous ordinance at 3 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from a March 12 report of a suspicious person.
Police conducted a death investigation in the 200 block of Park Avenue at 11:29 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate a female was found deceased in her home.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Route 31 near Wheeler Green Road involving a 2011 Subaru Forester that lost control, drove off the road and into a field at 12:54 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a person threatening self-harm at 10:02 p.m. Thursday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to Darby Pottersburg Road near Northwest Parkway to investigate an injury crash involving a 2008 Ford F-550 box truck that drove off the road, into a ditch and then struck a pallet of rail yard materials at 10:50 p.m. Thursday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 36 and Myers Road for a property damage crash involving a 2007 Honda Pilot that drove off the road and struck a utility pole, a rock and a tree at 10:23 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies were sent to a vacant residence in the 19000 block of Pine Lane to check an open 911 call at 10:20 p.m. Thursday. After further investigation, Sandra L. Carpenter, 45, of Marysville and Martin R. Goble, 51, of Columbus were arrested for breaking and entering. Both were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
