According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy investigated the theft of a purse from a vehicle that was parked at a residence in the 12000 block of Bell Road Monday at 1:02 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 15000 block of Meadowbrook Drive to investigate a dispute between a mother and son Monday at 1:21 p.m.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 involving a 2014 Chevrolet that struck an orange construction barrel Monday at 4 p.m.
A deputy was sent to the 31000 block of Route 31 to investigated a property damage crash involving 2001 Pontiac Firebird that drove off the road and into a ditch Monday at 5:40 p.m.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Police Department responded to U.S. 33 near Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Chrysler Town and County that struck 1994 Peterbilt Semi Mondaya t 6:02 p.m. The driver of the Chrysler, Dona M. Williams, 49, of Lima, was issued a traffic citation for failure to drive in marked lanes.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 400 block of May Street in Magnetic Springs for a neighbor dispute Monday at 6:22 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 9400 block of Mitchell Dewitt Road to investigate the theft of a utility trailer Monday at 7:50 p.m.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 22000 block of Boord Road for a domestic dispute argument between a husband and wife Monday at 9:17 p.m. After further investigation, Shawn P. Sigafoos, 44, of Marysville, was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County Deputy met with a Hardin County Deputy to take custody of Seth M. Elling, 26, of Tiffin, for an outstanding arrest warrant Monday at 11:28 p.m. He was taken to the Tri-Coutny Regional Jail.
