According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 2:08 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate the reporting person stated she located drug paraphernalia.
Police responded to a report of theft of a motor vehicle in the 800 block of Watkins Glen Blvd. at 11:13 a.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 500 block of E. Fourth Street at 3:15 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate MPD responded to an open door at the residence. It was determined the residence was not burglarized, but that the wind had blown the front door open.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 400 block of Allenby Drive at 5:12 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate property was recovered at the Holiday Inn including $31 in cash, a Huntington debit card and a driver’s license.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1300 block of W. Fifth Street at 9:43 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate the reporting person said an unknown male coughed in his hands, handed a Village Pantry employee cash and then stated he was staying at a woman’s house who has the coronavirus.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
While on routine patrol on Route 37 near Bethlehem-Claibourne Road, a deputy encountered a domestic dispute between boyfriend and girlfriend at 12:30 a.m. Thursday. The parties agreed to separate.
While on routine patrol in the 22000 block of Route 161 deputies notices debris and vehicle tracks in a field at 7:18 a.m. Thursday. Upon further investigation it was determined that a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling westbound on Route 161 when it crossed over the center line and exited the roadway, striking the ditch and a fence and causing damage to a wheat field.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Navin Road to investigate a domestic dispute between family members at 7:01 p.m. Thursday. The parties were separated.
