Timothy Lane Nelson, 19, of Marion was cited for operation in willful or wanton disregard of safety and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 4:43 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a missing persons (juvenile) report in the 700 block of Meadows Drive at 4:34 a.m. Sunday.

Deputies were sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Route 347 for a domestic fight between three family members at 1:48 a.m. Friday. After further investigation, Trevor W. Perry, 38, of Raymond was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to the 22000 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Dodge Avenger that struck a deer at 6:27 a.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Rittenhouse Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent cell phone account at 1:08 p.m. Friday.
A deputy investigated threatening text messages that were received at a residence in the 20000 block of Evans Road at 7:24 p.m. Friday.

A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Everett J. Thacker, 36, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:23 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Route 47 for a person threatening self-harm at 5:17 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to a property in the 22000 block of Reed Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 3:10 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Persimmon Place to investigate a hunting complaint at 6:46 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 16000 block of Robinson Road to investigate a shooting complaint at 1:17 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Robinson Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 2:56 a.m. Sunday.
A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Eric L. Hamilton, 44, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:45 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 12000 block of Black Road for a dog bite at 4:26 p.m. Sunday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Javory D. Stookey, 35, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:58 p.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 347 to investigate a runaway juvenile at 7 p.m. Sunday. The juvenile was located in Delaware County.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Clark Dawson Road for a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 8:04 p.m. Sunday. The parties were separated.
