According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Charles Edwards Grooms, 20, of Springfield was cited for driving under suspension in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 6:20 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of theft without consent in the 300 block of Gables Drive at 9:18 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate an employee had $60 stolen from her purse while at work.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 400 block of Emmaus Road at 10:45 a.m. Monday. The reporting person indicated he found a cell phone near the trail to MacIvor Woods.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies checked a disabled 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt that was stopped in the roadway on U.S. 42 near Jerome Road at 12:47 a.m. Monday. After further investigation, Ronald S. Lewis, 52, of Galion was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant from Crawford County. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 11000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Nissan Juke that struck a deer at 7:06 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 27000 block of Kinney Pike to check on an abandoned 2011 Dodge Ram truck at 10:03 a.m. Monday. After further investigation, it was found the truck had been stolen from a farm on Wolford Maskill Road. The vehicle was returned to its owner.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a domestic dispute between a juvenile and his parents at 10:33 a.m. Monday. The juvenile was arrested and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 14000 block of State Road to investigate the theft of a firearm, ammo and toilet paper from a vehicle at 10:55 a.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated the theft of five roll-off dumpsters from a property in the 22000 block of McAdow Road at 1:01 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 16000 block of Route 739 to investigate possible identity theft at 2:54 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Rich M. Puckett, 29, of Groveport for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:34 p.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
