According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Shaun Ryan Bissel, 30, of Valley Drive was cited at 9:16 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of Valley Drive for failure to appear in court.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate a young adult male concealed one Rapala floating fish grappler, valued at $12.99, into the front of his pants and exited Meijer without offering payment.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate an adult male quick-changed a cashier resulting in the loss of $50 cash. The male allegedly presented a $50 bill for payment. When the cashier opened her cash drawer to give him change, he stopped her and started asking for different denominations. While the cashier counted the bills that the subject handed her, he concealed the larger bills and put them in his right pants pocket.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 32000 block of Water Street in Essex to investigate the unauthorized use of a 2005 Chevrolet Impala at 1:05 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle was located and returned to the owner.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Sierra Woods Circle to investigate a dispute between two brothers at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department, Scioto Township Fire Department, Jerome Township Fire Department, Liberty Township Fire Department, Concord Township Fire Department, Union Township Fire Department, Pleasant Valley Fire District and the Union County Emergency Management agency responded to a residential fire in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 31000 block of Hamilton Road to investigate threatening messages that were sent to the victim at 7:11 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road to investigate the theft of money from a purse at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Police Department and Marysville Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Fels Boulevard for a fight between several roommates at 8:19 p.m. Tuesday. The parties were separated.
A deputy responded to the 19000 block of White Stone Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Ford Fiesta that struck a deer at 12:21 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Dublin Police Department responded to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 for a property damage crash involving a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu that struck a curb and caught fire at 2:12 a.m. Wednesday. The driver fled from the scene on foot. After further investigation, the driver was found and identified as James E. Manis, 37, of Columbus. He was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence and transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Mission Drive to investigate a domestic fight between several family members at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday. As a result of the investigation, Travis C. Kile, 19, of Plain City was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to the 22000 block of Bear Swamp Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Odyssey and a United States Postal Service vehicle at 12:52 p.m. Wednesday. A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Watkins Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to the 20000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate a littering complaint at 2:26 p.m. Wednesday.
