According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Alfred Eugene Stokes, 44, of Marion was cited for license forfeiture (child support – driving under suspension) in the 1000 block of Charles Lane at 7:54 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an April 10 accident in which Stokes struck the rear of the vehicle of Mary E. Trego, 47, of Plain City while the two were driving on Delaware Avenue. At the time, he was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
David L. Phipps, 38, of Bear Swamp Road was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 900 block of West Fifth Street at 2:45 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate Phipps had four active warrants.
Annette Lynn Farmer, 48, of Raymond was cited for no operator’s license in the 400 block of Raymond Road at 9:15 p.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of Columbus Avenue at 10:14 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate an individual used a stolen credit card “to make purchases” at Chapman Ford.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 500 block of West Fifth Street at 12:10 p.m. Thursday. The reporting person advised MPD their credit card and personal information were used without their permission.
Police conducted a death investigation in the 500 block of Tenth Street at 3:16 p.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of an assault involving a 12-year-old victim in the 400 block of East Ninth Street at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Lacy Lynn Buehl, 21, of Windmill Drive was cited for domestic violence in the 400 block of Windmill Drive at 3:49 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident at 12:24 a.m. Friday in which an individual reported that Buehl punched him in the chest.
Jamie Lee Harrington, 26, of West Third Street was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension and operation of a vehicle at stop signs in the 1100 block of West Fifth Street at 1 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a mental health issue at an unlisted location at 2:35 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of Greenwood Boulevard at 10:13 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate an “elderly female (was) scammed out of thousands of dollars.”
Police responded to assist another agency on U.S. 33 at mile post 5 at 6:17 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the Ohio State Highway Patrol requested a K9 sniff of a vehicle troopers stopped.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 10:39 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the “manager of Walmart found an unknown person’s property on the floor” of the store.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1500 block of West Fifth Street at 11:59 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate an “employee made a statement about harming all of his coworkers.”
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a hit-skip driver and Kierra McKenzie Poland, 21, of Irwin that occurred on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 7:25 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the hit-skip driver was traveling northbound on Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard when the driver passed Poland in the opposite lane of travel in order to be in front of her. When in front of Poland’s vehicle, the hit-skip driver “slammed on the brakes,” causing Poland to rear-end the vehicle. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries.
Seth James Hall, 37, of Allenby Drive was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 100 block of West Fourth Street at 8:02 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an officer “observed Seth Hall walking south on Main Street. Upon confirming he had a warrant out of Union County, (the officer) made contact with him at Fourth and Court (streets). Seth appeared to be biting the inside of his hand as (the officer) was making contact with him and (the officer) asked if he was putting stuff into his mouth, he advised no and his mouth just had gum in it. Once (the officer) checked his mouth, (the officer) only viewed pink gum. Seth also had a loose Gabapentin in his right pocket that he is prescribed.” Another officer confiscated the pill to be placed into MPD property. Hall was transferred to the custody of Union County Sheriff’s Office deputies.

Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1100 block of Valley Drive at 9:12 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Herman Paniagua Hernandez, 30, of Hilliard and Adrianna Marie Harrison, 42, of Sylvania that occurred on Chestnut Street at East Ninth Street at 3:18 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Hernandez failed to yield to oncoming traffic, striking Harrison’s vehicle while she was traveling south on Chestnut Street. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Hernandez was cited for operation of a vehicle at stop signs.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 900 block of Coventry Place at 12:58 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of property damage (not criminal) in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road at 3:55 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate MPD responded to a property damage complaint from the Marysville Exempted Village School District.
