According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of a mental health issue in the 400 block of Triple Crown Way at 12:26 a.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse (marijuana) in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 4:21 a.m. Friday. A reporting person advised MPD a suspicious vehicle was at Taco Bell. MPD located the vehicle and identified four individuals inside the car. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to MPD finding “three baggies of marijuana, two scales (and) two pipes.”
Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of S. Maple Street at 12:17 p.m. Friday. The reporting person advised MPD of fraudulent Amazon charges and items delivered.
Police responded to a report of recovered property on Sycamore Street at N. Maple Street at 6:08 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate clothing was collected by MPD.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of W. Seventh Street at 6:40 p.m. Friday. A woman reported items were stolen out of boxes containing her belongings.
Police responded to a report of aggravated menacing in the 1100 block of Village Drive at 7:59 p.m. Friday. The reporting person advised MPD he heard “a neighbor plotting to burn his house down.”
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 100 block of E. Fifth Street at 5:13 p.m. Friday. The reporting person indicated “suspicious notes” were located on the window of Union Station. MPD located the individual who left the notes and spoke with him.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving an unknown driver that occurred on N. Cherry Street overnight Friday. Reports indicate the unknown driver was traveling south on N. Cherry Street, passing 297 N. Cherry Street, when they went off the street and struck several trash cans along the road. The right tires of the vehicle apparently went over the curb and into the grass. Dispatch checked cameras in the area and saw a gray Honda CRV traveling south on N. Cherry Street at 1:44 a.m. Friday. The Honda CRV matches a part that came off the vehicle that struck the trash can. Police took photos of the scene.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Bryan Groves, 47, of Poppy Lane, Peggy Disbennett, 60, of Richwood and Brooklyn Kleiber, 22, of Robinson Road that occurred on U.S. 33 at Route 31 at 5:22 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Groves rear-ended Disbennett’s vehicle and caused her to strike the rear of Kleiber’s vehicle. None of the drivers involved experienced any apparent injuries. Groves was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Robert Lee Hamilton, 40, of Tenth Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest on N. Main Street at 4:19 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of N. Court Street at 7:38 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of N. Cherry Street at 7:25 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the caller reported her phone missing and used a tracking app to track the phone through town, with the caller’s coworker.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of N. Court Street at 5:02 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Honda parts were missing from North Main Motors.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 17000 block of Route 4 at 7:16 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate prescription drugs were found in the possession of someone to whom they were not prescribed.
Kaeligh Raquel Ansley, 25, of Mill Wood Blvd. was cited for driving while under the influence in the 400 block of Retreat Lane at 1:05 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a driving complaint.
Nicholas Joseph Harding, 42, of Columbus arrested on a warrant service arrest and cited for obstructing official business and possessing criminal tools in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 5:39 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a medic response turned into a foot pursuit when it was found that the subject, Harding, had an active warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail following his arrest.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 600 block of Stallion Way at 6:33 p.m. Sunday.

A deputy responded to U.S. 33 east of Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Buick Encore that struck a deer at 2:19 a.m. Friday.
A deputy and units from the Allen Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near Honda Parkway for a property damage crash involving a passenger vehicle that struck a deer at 5:15 a.m. Friday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy responded to the 22000 block of Route 31 for a property damage crash involving a 2017 Toyota Camry that struck a deer at 5:34 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Route 4 for a dispute over a dog at 7:32 a.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 10000 block of Kirby Road to investigate a personal property dispute at 8:23 a.m. Friday.
While investigating a driving complaint on U.S. 42 near Arnold, a deputy stopped a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe for erratic driving at 10:55 a.m. Friday. The driver, Brenda M. Voisard, 57, of Marion was arrested for driving a vehicle while under the influence. She was transported to the Plain City Police Department.
A deputy met with a resident from the 7000 block of Brown Road to investigate a harassment complaint involving a coworker at 11:43 a.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Morgan D. Rutter, 24, of Sunbury for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:30 p.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Timothy Baumgardner, 50, of Bellefontaine for a bond violation at 3:43 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Darby Pottersburg Road to resolve a neighbor dispute over loose dogs at 8:24 p.m. Friday.
Deputies assisted the Marysville Police Department with a property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 33 near Waldo Road at 9:34 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to a residence in the 9000 block of Route 736 for a person found deceased by family members at 5:47 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Bell Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 9:06 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to the West Central Community Correctional Facility in the 18000 block of Route 4 to assist with unruly residents at 10:31 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 42 near Watkins California Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a Dodge truck that struck a dog at 10:35 a.m. Saturday. The dog was transported to veterinary clinic.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Lunda Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to the West Central Community Correctional Facility on Route 4 to take custody of Larry J. Hall, 33, of Lancaster for a parole violation at 12:04 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate the theft of two toolboxes and a pellet stove at 2:52 p.m. Saturday.
As a result of a traffic stop on Ira Bean Parkway near Route 37, a deputy arrested Charles R. Welsh, 34, of Columbia, South Carolina for an outstanding warrant from Marion County at 8:49 p.m. Saturday. He was turned over to the custody of a Marion County deputy.
Deputies met with a resident from the 11000 block of Rittenhouse Road to investigate a dispute between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend at 9:34 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Dinh V. Nguyen, 52, of Newark for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:39 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 33 near Route 161 involving a 2012 Honda Odyssey that struck a guardrail and then left the scene at 1:27 p.m. Sunday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
Deputies investigated a dispute between an ex-girlfriend and ex-boyfriend that occurred on Industrial Parkway near Fladt Road at 4:52 p.m. Sunday.
