According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Chad E. Atwood, 40, of Columbus was cited for driving while under the influence in the 14000 block of Scottslawn Road at 3:33 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of fraudulent telephone use in the 200 block of S. Main Street at 10:36 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the City of Marysville IT Department reported a security breach involving the city’s telephone service account.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of U.S. 42 for a disorderly and intoxicated person at 12:02 a.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 161 and Cosgray Road for an injury crash involving a 1996 Peterbilt semi-truck that struck a 2006 Mercedes CLS 500 at 9:05 a.m. Monday. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital. The driver of the semi-truck, William R. Burchett, 60, of Portsmouth was issued a traffic citation for failure to obey a traffic signal.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a possible domestic dispute between a male and female at 9:54 a.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 739 and Cobb Harriman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Acura TSX that struck a 2009 Dodge Journey at 11:51 a.m. Monday. The driver of the Dodge, Michael G. Ross, 24, of Richwood was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield from a stop sign.
A deputy met with an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper to take custody of Marcus A. Miller, 47, of Grove City for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:38 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 12000 block of Industrial Parkway for a fight between two males at 4:08 p.m. Monday. After further investigation, Nicholas M. Price, 42, of Plain City was arrested for assault. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 30000 block of Route 37 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2003 Toyota Matrix that drove off the road and into a ditch at 4:31 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Route 37 for a person attempting self-harm at 7:09 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy met with a Richwood Police Department officer to take custody of Suzanne L. Snyder, 39, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:22 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
