Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 600 block of Milford Avenue at 5:45 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the reporting person said he could hear what sounded like someone trying to break into his house through the back door.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 6:31 a.m. Monday. The reporting person indicated there were two suspicious males.
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in the 1100 block of E. Fifth Street at 5:09 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a storage unit had items removed without the owner’s consent.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 600 block of Poppy Lane at 5:39 p.m. Monday. The reporting person indicated her ex-boyfriend is posting pictures of her on Instagram.
Police responded to a disabled vehicle on U.S. 33 eastbound at Raymond Road at 8:19 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the vehicle was towed because it was a road hazard.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions on Scott Farm Blvd. at 8:29 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a neighbor complained of drug use in the area.
Police responded to a report of endangering children in the 600 block of Meadows Drive at 8:22 p.m. Monday.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on West State Street in Milford Center to investigate a dispute between a male and female at 3:24 a.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Warren County Jail to take custody of Jeremiah B. Gilbert, 32, of Waynesville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:53 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Cunningham Arbela Road to investigate a missing person at 4:18 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Crottinger Road to investigate the theft of three vehicle batteries from a barn at 10 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate threatening messages that were received over social media accounts at 10:57 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Collins Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 5:57 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 736 for a domestic dispute between a separated husband and wife at 12:52 p.m. Saturday. After further investigation, Dale M. Butz, 52, of Mount Victory was arrested for a probation violation. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Cunningham Arbela Road to resolve a family dispute at 2:10 p.m. Saturday. After further investigation, one person who was threatening self-harm was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy investigated the misuse of credit cards that occurred at a residence in the 10000 block of Dover County Line Road at 3:26 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies investigated a burglary at a residence in the 21000 block of Wolford Maskill Road where a cell phone, a television and a stereo were stolen at 5:06 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Richard A. Bartlett, 49, of Plain City for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:26 p.m. Saturday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated the theft of mail that occurred at a residence in the 20000 block of Coleman Brake Road at 7:01 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Dublin Police Department and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 1000 block of Faulk Street to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 9:33 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road to resolve a dispute between family members at 5:10 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies investigated the theft of mail from a residence in the 2000 block of Coleman Brake Road at 12:35 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 1000 block of Route 4 to resolve a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 12:45 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road to resolve a dispute between a stepfather and stepson at 2:43 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a farm field on Heenan Road near West Mansfield-Mount Victory Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 3:02 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to a residence in the 15000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road for an overdoes at 3:29 p.m. Sunday.
A Union County deputy met with a Hardin County deputy to take custody of Stephanie M. Lynn, 39, of Kenton for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:27 p.m. Sunday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road to investigate possible drugs and drug paraphernalia that were found at the residence at 7:05 p.m. Sunday. As a result of the investigation, Michael A. Stadler, 24, of Milford Center was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
A deputy responded to the 16000 block of Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Hyundai Elantra that struck a deer at 9:05 p.m. Sunday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Delaware Avenue, a deputy charged Nichole E. Adkins, 36, of Columbus with possession of drug abuse instruments at 11:40 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 26000 block of Kinney Pike to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter at 12:09 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Taylor Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 12:11 a.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Edward S. Paver, 32, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:46 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to U.S. 33 near Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Kia Sportage that was struck by an unknown white van that fled the scene at 7:05 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Buck Run Road to investigate identity theft involving a credit union account at 10:27 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 8400 block of Estates Court to investigate the possible theft of a 2019 enclosed trailer at 12:37 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 26000 block of Route 37 to investigate the theft of personal items from a storage unit at 1:57 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Hawn Road to investigate a neighbor dispute at 2:14 p.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated the theft of an impact drill that occurred in the 14000 block of Miller Road at 9:58 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department were sent to a residence on Rose Street in Magnetic Springs for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 9:59 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
A trooper helped deliver meals for Meals on Wheels in Logan and Champaign counties at 10 a.m. Monday.
Troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash on Route 161 at mile post 13 at 8:24 p.m. Monday.
Taylor Cummons, 27, of Columbus was traveling onto Cosgray Road from a private parking lot. Marysara Albert, 18, of Plain City failed to stop at the stop light at the intersection and was struck by Cummons. Neither driver experienced any injuries. Albert was cited for failing to stop at a red light.
Troopers responded to a one-vehicle crash on U.S. 33 at mile post 23 at 10:14 p.m. Monday. Jacqueline Nowicki, 30, of Rockford, Michigan was traveling eastbound on U.S. 33 when she drove off the left side of the road, through the median, struck a ditch, drove across the westbound lanes and struck a fence before getting back on U.S. 33 westbound. She did not experience any apparent injuries. Nowicki was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, not wearing a seat belt, failure to control and distracted driving. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
