According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Neil Alan Mullen, 30, of S. Plum Street was arrested for aggravated menacing in the 500 block of Milford Avenue. The arrest stemmed from an April 19 incident in which the victim reported that Mullen threatened to burn her house down.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1300 block of Redtop Court at 12:43 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the found property was returned to the owner.
Police responded to a report of an assault in the 1700 block of Caraway Lane at 3:35 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 300 block of S. Walnut Street at 4:49 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a juvenile did not return home after being told to return.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a juvenile driver, Maegan Leanne Cordell, 21, of Bellefontaine and Cheralene Nicole Stanley, 33, of Greenwood Blvd. that occurred on Delaware Avenue at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Cordell and Stanley were stopped in traffic. The juvenile driver was reportedly adjusting his radio and struck the rear of Cordell’s vehicle, which caused her to strike the rear of Stanley’s vehicle. The juvenile driver experienced possible injuries and was treated at the scene. Cordell and Stanley did not experience any apparent injuries. The juvenile driver was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42, deputies arrested Christopher S. Hodges, 36, of Columbus for operating a vehicle while impaired at 12:53 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy responded to the 9700 block of Persimmon Place to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a 2016 Honda Odyssey and then left the scene at 9:48 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Rock Rose Place to investigate unauthorized charges made to the victim’s credit card at 12:23 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy and Dublin Police Department officers went to a residence in the 7200 block of Hill Road to investigate a report of a person threatening self-harm at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Route 31 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 7:12 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Faulk Street for a person having a mental health crisis at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday.
