According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Troy L. Barnes, 52, of West Third Street was cited for dogs and other animals running at large in the 300 block of West Third Street at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which two dogs were “involved in a fight after one of them escaped the residence and attacked the other which was being walked on the sidewalk.”
Cassandra Joel Wolford, 31, of East Tenth Street was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension on Columbus Avenue at 11:41 p.m. Wednesday.
Police conducted a well-being check in the 600 block of Quail Hollow Drive at 6:22 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate MPD responded to a reporting person who advised that a neighbor was driving without a valid license.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of Rosehill Drive at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday. The reporting person advised the catalytic converter was stolen from her vehicle.
Police responded to a report of aggravated menacing in the 200 block of Tulip Drive at 11:41 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate MPD was advised of a telecommunications harassment complaint.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 2100 block of Creekview Drive at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of West Seventh Street at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate MPD responded to an attempted theft of a catalytic converter.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy and units from the Marysville Police Department, Marysville Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near Northwest Parkway for an injury crash involving two vehicles at 7:38 a.m. Wednesday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District and the Marysville Fire Department responded to a property in the 17000 block of Wheeler Green Road for a structure fire at 12:16 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were sent to a business in the 8000 block of Estates Parkway to investigate an assault involving two ex-roommates that resulted from a dispute over vehicle ownership at 3:19 p.m. Wednesday. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 30000 block of McPeck Road to investigate threatening text messages at 4:19 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of John J. Potts, 33, of Springfield for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Meadowbrook Drive to investigate a harassment complaint involving an ex-spouse at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday.
