Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 18000 block of Boerger Road at 4:11 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 6:03 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a white, adult male concealed eight 10-count packs of 5 Hour Energy, valued at $19.88 each, into a black and light gray backpack while at Meijer. The subject allegedly exited the store without offering payment for the items. He sounded the door alarm and took off running across the parking lot to a dark gray Nissan Frontier pick-up truck with a driver waiting. The subject appeared to be in his late 40s, wearing thick-rimmed, dark-framed glasses. He had a receding hairline with hair tied in a bun behind his head. The subject was approximately 5’8” and 155 pounds. The theft totaled $159.04.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd at 6:33 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the incident was reported by Meijer asset protection officers.
Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Route 4 at U.S. 36 at 7:49 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a driving complaint was filed.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Doris A. Burton, 74, that occurred on Park Avenue at 3:34 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Burton entered the American Legion Park and stopped briefly. She then accelerated through the grass and into a cluster of trees. She continued to travel over a small ditch before striking another tree and coming to rest. Both occupants of the vehicle were transported to Memorial Hospital for treatment by Marysville Fire. Reports indicate the driver experienced suspected serious injuries. No citations were listed at the time of the incident. The vehicle was towed.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Mary Lou Stutler that occurred on E. Eighth Street at 8:02 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Paul F. Lowry, 53, of W. Third Street that occurred on U.S. 33 at Scottslawn Road at 9 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate he was traveling westbound on U.S. 33 and struck a deer that was in the roadway.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse in the 600 block of London Avenue at 1:07 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a subject was found in possession of drugs.
Police responded to a report of criminal trespassing and violating a protection order in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 3:55 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the subject entered the victims’ apartment without permission. One of the victims who resides at the apartment has a protection order against the offender.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 3:10 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an unknown male stole two items from Meijer.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 500 block of Scott Farms Blvd. at 11:53 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an offender was arrested for domestic violence after he became physically violent with his wife.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 800 block of W. Sixth Street at 9:36 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate, while an officer was speaking with the subject, he learned that the BMV requested he confiscate the subject’s ID.
Police responded to a report of burglary in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 10:54 p.m. Saturday. The reporting person indicated someone stole his neighbor’s bike while they were out of town.
Robert D. Huffine Jr., 24, of Dogwood Drive was cited for theft in the 200 block of Dogwood Drive at 7:47 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Feb. 14 report of theft in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 100 block of Hemlock Drive at 3:28 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a caller reported a female being held against her will but the report was found to be unfounded.
Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 3:38 a.m. Sunday. The reporting person stated that someone was trying to gain access to their residence through the ceiling.

Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 100 block of Grove Court at 5:23 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate inconsistent accounts of an incident at a residence were reported to MPD.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Milcrest Drive at 10:31 p.m. Sunday. The reporting person stated that one of her caregivers stole money from her.

A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 9000 block of Heritage Drive to investigate the forgery of two checks at 9:02 a.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Hamilton County Jail to take custody of Hassan A. Saleh, 33, of Westerville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:10 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Elderberry Drive for an unruly juvenile at 5:21 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 16000 block of Route 739 to investigate a threatening text message at 8:53 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Mitchell Dewitt Road, a deputy charged Roylando D. Allen, 26, of Columbus with driving under suspension at 8:57 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 4 near Collins Road, a deputy arrested the driver, Jeremy D. Ball, 39, of Columbus for an outstanding warrant from Delaware County at 11:46 p.m. Friday. He was turned over to a Delaware County deputy. In addition, Ball and a passenger in the vehicle, Kristy J. Schneider, 43, of Grove City were both charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 8000 block of Frazier Drive to investigate the theft of a DVD player and several DVDs at 11:48 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 for a suicide attempt at 12:09 a.m. Saturday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were sent to a property in the 22000 block of Treaty Line Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 1:34 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to the 31000 block of Winnemac Road to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road, struck a utility pole guide wire and then left the scene at 8:45 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 7000 block of Corporate Boulevard to investigate the theft of wood pallets at 10:19 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department were sent to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a person making threats of self-harm at 3:11 p.m. Saturday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies assisted a Richwood Police Officer in the 200 block of West Ottawa Street with a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 7:55 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 8000 block of Watkins Road for an unresponsive person at 10:47 p.m. Saturday. The victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District were sent to a residence on Railroad Street in Unionville Center for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11:16 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy investigated an attempted fraud involving an email that was received at a residence in the 14000 block of Bellepointe Road at 1:50 p.m. Sunday.

Deputies were sent to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate the theft of a sound bar at 3:15 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Barker Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 4:40 p.m. Sunday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 36 near Millcreek Drive, a deputy charged Terri D. Freetage, 28, of Coshocton with possession of drug abuse instruments at 11:33 p.m. Sunday. A passenger in the vehicle, Tyler R. Russell, 26, of Coshocton was arrested for an outstanding warrant from the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers helped to deliver meals for “Meals on Wheels” in Logan and Champaign counties at 10 a.m. Friday.
James Morrison, 57, of Lima was involved in a one-vehicle, non-injury crash at Route 245 and Route 57. Morrison was cited for failure to control.
