Joseph Isaacs, 27, of West Fourth Street, was arrested for theft of DVDs from a business on South Plum Street Monday at 1:29 p.m.
A resident of West Ninth Street reported a burglary Monday at 1:44 p.m.
A resident of East Sixth Street reported theft from a motor vehicle Monday at 2:54 p.m.
A juvenile of Lone Rise Drive was transported to Memorial Hospital after attempting self-harm Monday at 4:02 p.m.
A resident of Sumac Drive reported theft of a cell phone Monday at 4:26 p.m.
A resident of West Third Street reported a dispute Monday at 4:59 p.m.
Dale Close, 49, of West Fourth Street, was cited for having an open container in a motor vehicle Monday at 8:23 p.m.

Deputies were sent to the 28000 block of Route 31 to check a disabled vehicle blocking the roadway Monday at 1:03 a.m. After further investigation, Charles T. Ferguson, 31, of Marysville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence.
A deputy responded to the 16000 block of Middleburg-Plain City Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Ford Escape that struck a deer Monday at 7:46 a.m.
A deputy responded to the U.S. 33 off ramp to Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Freightliner box truck that struck the back of a 2010 Honda Monday at 8:25 a.m.
Deputies responded to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs for a person shooting a gun in the village Monday at 11:49 a.m. After further investigation, Dean E. Bowsher Sr., 70, of Magnetic Springs, was charged with discharging firearms in the village.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 11000 block of Santa Barbara Drive for a possible suicide attempt involving a juvenile Monday at 2:04 p.m. The juvenile was taken to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 9600 block of Camarillo Circle to investigate a property damage dispute between a homeowner and a utility company Monday at 2:21 p.m.
A deputy went to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 739 to investigate damage to a 2003 Honda CR-V that was parked on the property Monday at 4:06 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 12000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate the theft of two televisions Monday at 5:51 p.m.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 31 and Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2002 Honda Accord that struck the back of a 2006 Cadillac Silverado Monday at 6:02 p.m. The juvenile driver of the Accord was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assure clear distance ahead.
Deputies went to several residences on Peoria Loop Road to investigate an on-going neighbor dispute.
