Kyle Poe, 28, of Bellefontaine was cited for driving without paying reinstatement fees and fictitious plates on Retreat Lane at 11 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 600 block of E. Sixth Street at 3:22 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a juvenile was “being unruly toward his mother.”
Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of Allenby Drive at 11:53 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a vehicle was abandoned at Marathon.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Kerry Edward Woodruff, 53, of Bellefontaine and Luanne Culp, 66, of West Mansfield that occurred on W. Fifth Street at 12:39 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Woodruff was traveling east on W. Fifth Street, approaching Raymond Road, in the left turn lane. Culp was traveling eastbound on W. Fifth Street in the right lane. Culp attempted to go into the left lane and did not see Woodruff’s vehicle and struck it. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Culp was cited for not driving in marked lanes.
Henry Reynaldo, 34, of Columbus was cited for no operator’s license on U.S. 33 at 8:33 a.m. Saturday.
William Metzner, 37, of Pearse Drive was cited for no operator’s license in the 300 block of N. Main Street at 9:31 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property on Northcrest Drive at Woodcrest Drive at 10:26 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1600 block of Cobblestone Way at 4:03 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence and juvenile offenses in the 500 block of E. Sixth Street at 6:20 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a juvenile “threw an ash tray and struck his mother.”
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 300 block of W. Ninth Street at 11:25 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate MPD was called in reference to an individual looking in car windows.
Isaiah Jordan Epling, 22, of Butternut Drive was cited for domestic violence in the 100 block of Butternut Drive at 8:09 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Epling was cited after the victim reported a violent incident he perpetrated.
Dillon Addair, 19, of Pecan Drive was cited for domestic violence in the 100 block of Pecan Drive at 7:54 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Addair was cited after he “pulled a knife on a family member.”
Kyle Harvey Queen, 22, of Mount Sterling was cited for driving under suspension in the 100 block of N. Cherry Street at 3 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 12:02 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a business advised they found personal property on the sidewalk.
Police responded to a report of a suicide attempt at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 600 block of Kentucky Circle at 4:59 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a female “was acting extremely erratic around her father.”
Police responded to a report of endangering children (abuse) in the 1800 block of Creekview Drive at 7:32 p.m. Sunday.

A deputy responded to Collins Road north of Middleburg Plain City Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Chevrolet 3500 that was struck from behind by a 2016 Honda Accord at 7:31 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Industrial Parkway for an injury crash involving a 2020 Honda Pilot that struck a 2012 Toyota Highlander at 9:14 a.m. Friday. The driver of the Toyota, Timothy I. Smith, 22, of Plain City was issued a traffic citation for failure to obey a traffic control device.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 26000 block of Lunda Road, a deputy arrested Samantha R. Kunze, 27, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant from Marion County at 10:05 a.m. Friday. She released to the custody of a Marion County deputy.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to Watkins Road near Beecher Gamble Road for an injury crash involving a 2006 Sterling dump truck that lost control and overturned at 10:17 a.m. Friday. One victim was transported to the Ohio State University Medical Center. The driver, Chad E. Parker, 48, of Columbus was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Whitestone Road near Route 347 involving a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that drove off the road, struck a utility pole and then left the scene at 1:42 p.m. Friday. The vehicle was later located and the driver, Paul R. Reynolds, 67, of Richwood was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 9100 block of Tartan Fields Drive for a person threatening self-harm at 3:37 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched U.S. 33 near Route 161 to investigate a domestic dispute between a father and son that was occurring in a vehicle at 7:14 p.m. Friday. The parties were separated.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Faulk Street for a person threatening self-harm at 9 p.m. Friday. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy investigated a telecommunications harassment complaint that occurred in the 11000 block of Kingfisher Place at 11:28 p.m. Friday.
A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Kyle L. Hicks, 20, of New Albany for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:31 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Ryan W. Blake, 24, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:41 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a person threatening self-harm at 1:32 p.m. Saturday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Department officer to take custody of Chasity L. Thomas, 32, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:21 p.m. Saturday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 42 near Wells Road, a deputy arrested Derek V. Tensley Jr., 19, of Columbus for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 9:31 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near Mitchell Dewitt Road for a property damage crash involving a 2010 Ford Escape that struck a deer at 1:16 a.m. Sunday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
As a result of a traffic stop on Delaware Avenue near U.S. 33, a deputy arrested Nicholas R. Mauch, 34, of Columbus for an outstanding warrant from Medina County at 2:36 p.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted units from the Allen Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a possible overdose in a vehicle that occurred on U.S. 33 near Honda Parkway at 2:49 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 9100 block of Tartan Fields Drive for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 4 p.m. Sunday. The person was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Route 161, a deputy charged Joseph D. Zapolnik, 29, of Galloway with obstructing official business and Ariana L. Scott, 32, of Marion with possession of drug abuse instruments and obstructing official business at 5:48 p.m. Sunday. During the traffic stop, units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were called to the scene for a possible overdose. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
