According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Ginger Marie McComis, 44, of Delaware, was cited for driving under suspended license in the 15700 block of U.S. 36 Monday at 12:36 a.m.
Joseph Michael Engle, 19, of Black Road, was arrested for a warrant in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street Monday at 4:44 p.m.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 90 block of East Tenth Street Monday at 9:03 a.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Northwest Parkway Friday to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Mazda M6 that struck a rock in the roadway 8:05 p.m. No report was taken.
Deputies investigated a dispute that occurred near a business in the 100 block of East Seventh Street in Marysville at 8:26 p.m. Friday. No report was taken.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 15000 block of U.S. 36, a deputy arrested Andrew S. Greenwood, 33, of Grove City, for an outstanding warrant from Delaware County at 8:30 p.m. Friday. He was transferred to the custody of a Delaware County Deputy.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Police Department were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 4 to investigate a domestic dispute at 11:49 p.m. Friday. The parties were separated and no report was taken.
While on patrol, a deputy found a 2015 Chevrolet Trax that had driven off the road and into a field on Fox Fire Drive near Doral Court Saturday at 3:35 a.m. After further investigation, Kara L. Hall, 25, of Marysville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office and a report was taken. The Marysville Police Department investigated the crash.
Deputies went to a residence in the 23000 block of Rapp Dean Road to arrest Diamond M. Bright, 33, of Columbus, for an outstanding warrant from Franklin County Saturday at 10:22 a.m. She was turned over to a Franklin County Deputy.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on West State Street in Milford Center to investigate a neighbor dispute Saturday at 3:19 p.m. No report was taken.
A deputy was sent to Sandusky Road near Martin Welch Road for a possible property damage crash involving a 2005 Honda Accord that had driven off the road and into a ditch Saturday at 3:22 p.m. After further investigation, Christopher R. Wilson, 41, of Richwood, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence and transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy was sent to the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Infiniti QX60 that struck a fire hydrant Saturday at 4:36 p.m. No report was taken.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate the theft of license plates from a vehicle Saturday at 8:52 p.m.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of James P. Baldwin, 53, of Magnetic Springs, for an outstanding arrest warrant Saturday at 9:10 p.m. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a domestic dispute between a girlfriend and boyfriend Saturday at 10:29 p.m. No report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Plain City Police Department responded to a residence in the 11000 block of Converse Road for a person threatening self-harm Saturday at 10:30 p.m.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Sylina M. Clark, 39, of Marion, for an outstanding arrest warrant Sunday at 12:40 a.m. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District were sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis Sunday at 4:22 a.m.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 east of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Honda Pilot that was struck by a deer Sunday at 5:06 a.m.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Jerome Township Fire Department, and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the U.S. 33 rest area for a property damage crash involving a 2013 Toyota Corolla that struck a 2005 Ford Escape Sunday at 7:12 a.m. After further investigation, the driver of the Toyota, Aaron M. Ford, 20, of Marysville, was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a domestic dispute between a girlfriend and boyfriend Sunday at 9:57 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 347 to investigate a trespassing complaint Sunday at 11:04 a.m.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 32000 block of Route 37 to investigate harassment involving a social media website Sunday at 12:41 p.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Shirt Road to investigate damage to a window Sunday at 4:40 p.m.
A deputy was sent to the 17000 block of Waldo Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Honda Pilot that struck a 2016 Honda Odyssey Sunday at 8:21 p.m.
Deputies attempted to stop a 2001 Honda Civic on U.S. 33 near Mitchell Dewitt Road Monday at 1:42 a.m. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit ensued into Franklin County. The pursuit was terminated on Interstate 70 near Hilliard Rome Road and is still under investigation.
The Union County Dog Warden was dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Woodstock Road to investigate a dog bite Monday at 7:53 a.m. The owner of the dog, Arthur C. Ingram, 60, of Milford Center, was issued a citation for failure to control a dog.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Evans Road to investigate a possible theft Monday at 9:29 a.m.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive to take possession of a wallet that was found Monday at 1:17 p.m.
A deputy took possession of a wallet that was found on West Darby Road near Smokey Road Monday at 2:53 p.m. The wallet was returned to the owner and no report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Miller Road for an injured child Monday at 4 p.m. The child was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash involving a 2011 Nissan Rogue that was struck by a 2001 Honda Civic at the intersection of Mitchell Dewitt Road and McKitrick Road Monday at 4:08 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to Route 31 near Wheeler Green Road to investigate an injury crash involving a 2003 Honda Accord and a 2016 Kia Sportage Monday at 5:14 p.m. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital and the State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 6800 block of MacNeil Drive to investigate a threatening letter Monday at 5:48 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Washington Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 10000 block of Emelia Place for a suicide attempt Monday at 6:21 p.m. The victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Northwest Parkway for an unresponsive person Monday at 7:33 p.m. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Ford Reed Road to investigate harassing and unwanted phone calls Monday at 11 p.m.
A deputy investigated a dispute between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend that occurred at a residence on Oyster Lane in Milford Center Monday at 11:18 p.m.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near U.S. 36, a deputy charged Brittany L. Roney, 30, of Adrian, Michigan, with possession of marijuana, and Grant C. Gist, 35, of Toledo with driving under suspension Monday at 11:43 p.m.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
The State Patrol responded to a crash on Route 31 Monday at 5:16 p.m. Genero Noberto Casillo Samayoa, 34, of Kenton, was driving north in a 2003 Honda Accord when he struck a vehicle driven by Kellie Carson of Richwood. Both vehicles went off the right side of the road. Carson was listed as having possible injuries and Samayoa was cited for failure to control. The crash is still under investigation.
