Police responded to an open door at The Grainery on West Main Street at 4:27 a.m. May 10.
Police responded to an open door at the Plain City Food Pantry on West Main Street at 4:34 a.m. May 10.
An officer was met at the police station at 1:09 p.m. May 10 in reference to a road rage incident. A short time later, the officer made contact with the suspect, the registered owner of the vehicle, and the driver of the vehicle. The suspect confirmed the incident occurred by believed the complainant was the party that was driving recklessly. Both parties were advised to drive safely and be mindful of others on the roadway.
An officer responded to Wesley Avenue at 7:33 p.m. May 10 in reference to an unruly juvenile. The juvenile said he understood the possible consequences for his actions.
An officer observed a black Jeep parked at the Marathon parking lot on West Main Street at 1:06 a.m. May 9. The officer determined everything to be O.K.

Police responded to an open door at She Stages Columbus on North Chillicothe Street at 3:42 a.m. May 8.

Police responded to an open door at The Silo on West Main Street at 3:54 a.m. May 8.

An officer was on patrol on South Chillicothe Street at 7:57 a.m. May 8 and observed a silver Honda Accord in violation of the no parking regulations. The officer requested dispatch attempt to locate a contact number for the registered owner but was unsuccessful. The officer left a parking violation sticker on the vehicle, advising it needed to be moved immediately. The vehicle was gone when the officer returned at 8:50 a.m.
The officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Ford sedan on South Chillicothe Street at 4:54 p.m. May 8. The officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver and his front seat passenger, Laura Bailey. She was issued a summons for drug paraphernalia. The officer also advised the parties to transfer the registration from their old vehicle to the current one to avoid any issues.
An officer conducted a routine registration check on a green Honda Accord on South Chillicothe Street at 6:50 p.m. May 7. The vehicle returned to Jason Wholaver, a suspended driver. He was issued a traffic citation for no valid operator’s license/non-compliance suspension. The vehicle plates were seized per request of the BMV deputy registrar. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot. Wholaver was picked up by a valid driver.
An officer responded to the North Avenue Apartments on North Avenue at 7:34 p.m. May 7 for a 911 follow-up.
An officer responded to Pastime Park on North Chillicothe Street at 8:09 p.m. May 7 in reference to a parking complaint regarding a trailer with no registration. The owner was contacted via public service and advised to speak with the complainant regarding his trailer.
An officer conducted a routine registration check on John Street while on patrol at 7:49 p.m. May 5. Cory Clark was subsequently issued a citation for no valid operator’s license and non-compliance suspension and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Clark was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. His vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot. His vehicle registration was seized, per BMV request.
An officer responded to Dickens Lane at 4 p.m. May 5 in reference to a possible trespassing complaint. The complainant advised he was concerned because he did not know why the suspects were on his property. The officer advised the complainant to contact the police department if he sees the individuals again.
Police responded to an open door at Ferguson Funeral Home on East Main Street at 12:26 a.m. May 5.
An officer observed a blue Nissan Rogue and a red Dodge Dart parked behind Richwood Bank on West Main Street at 11:29 p.m. May 6. The officer determined everything to be O.K.
An officer was dispatched to Country View Lane at 7:20 p.m. May 6 in reference to a 911 follow-up.
An officer was requested by Ohio State Highway Patrol Post 49 to respond to U.S. 40, just west of U.S. 42, for a K9 assist at 6:40 p.m. May 6.
An officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Chevrolet pick-up truck on Maple Street at 5 p.m. May 6. The vehicle registration returned to a gray Chevrolet Uplander. Noah VanDyke was subsequently cited for no valid operator’s license, non-compliance suspension and plate/identification mark belonging to another vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.
An officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office at 4:07 a.m. May 6 to assist with an alarm drop.
Police responded to an open door at Buckeye Brass and Winds on North Chillicothe Street at 1:45 a.m. May 6.
Officers responded to North Avenue at 9:51 p.m. May 4 in reference to a behavioral health incident. The subject agreed to go to a hospital.
Officers responded to Smith Place at 7:55 p.m. May 4 for a wellbeing check.

An officer was dispatched at 5:41 p.m. May 3 to a report of a non-injury crash at the intersection of W. Main Street and Maple Street. Gabrielle Pollom was cited for failure to yield for a stop sign.
An officer was dispatched to North Avenue for a wellbeing check on North Avenue at 2:19 p.m. May 3.
