According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Pamela Jo Fox, 63, of Professional Parkway was cited for theft in the 200 block of Professional Parkway at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a May 5 incident in which a customer at Dollar General “selected a drink from the shelf and later put it on another shelf half-empty.”
Police responded to a report of a dog bite involving a juvenile in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road at 5:41 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Gretchen Fancey, 58, of Milford Center and Eric George Moore, 42, of North Lewisburg that occurred on U.S. 33 at 3:43 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Fancey was traveling westbound on U.S. 33 in the right lane while Moore was driving in the left lane. Moore crossed from the left lane into the right lane and struck the rear of Fancey’s vehicle. Fancey experienced suspected minor injuries and was transported to Memorial Hospital by Marysville Division of Fire. Moore did not experience any apparent injuries. Moore was cited for not driving in marked lanes.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy met with a Westerville Police Department officer to take custody of Tila C. Gautam, 19, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:37 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to Route 4 south of Milford Avenue for a two vehicle injury crash at 6:24 a.m. Tuesday. Two victims were transported to Memorial Hospital and the State Patrol investigated the crash.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Sugar Mill Lane to investigate a check forgery at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 9700 block of Industrial Parkway for a dispute between the resident and a tree trimming company at 9:52 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 42 north of U.S. 33 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Toyota Highlander that was struck from behind by a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to the 7400 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Subaru Outback that struck a 2009 BMW 328i at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Ford Explorer that lost a tire at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive to investigate threatening and harassing text messages at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Dodge Ram that struck a deer at 8:22 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 9100 block of Tartan Fields Drive for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday. The person was transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Toyota Camry and a Toyota Highlander at 8:04 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Corporate Blvd. to investigate mail fraud at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Black Oak Drive for a person threatening self-harm at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Hinton Mill Road to investigate a dispute between two females at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Nissan Sentra and a 2013 Ford Focus at 3:01 p.m. Wednesday.
A Union County deputy met with a Hardin County deputy to take custody of Brian J. Berry, 57, of Mount Victory for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:52 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District, Leesburg Township Fire Department, Northwestern Fire District, Marysville Fire Department, Battle Run Fire District, Scioto Valley Fire District, Radnor Township Fire Department, Allen Township Fire Department, Delaware County EMS and the Union County Emergency Management Agency responded to a barn fire in the 26000 block of Claibourne Road at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Route 736 to investigate the theft of a septic system aerator at 6:47 p.m. Wednesday.
