According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Lillie Savanah Kilroy, 19, of Raymond was cited for theft in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:07 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which Kilroy stole from her place of work, Meijer.
George Spurlock, 38, of Red Pine Drive was cited for domestic violence in the 100 block of Red Pine Drive at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Ciera Lynn Owens, 30, of Fairborn was cited for driving under financial responsibility law suspension in the 200 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 9:02 p.m. Wednesday. She was also taken into custody for an outstanding warrant from Logan County. Reports indicate a Logan County Sheriff’s Office deputy was unable to meet and asked that Owens be transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Police responded to a report of identity theft at 9:51 a.m. Wednesday. The reporting person advised a Frontier cable account was opened using his social security number and a false name. The account has not been paid, which is affecting the reporting person’s credit score.

A deputy assisted the Dublin Police Department with an alarm drop in the 6100 block of Wigeon Court at 5:08 a.m. Wednesday.
Deputies went to a residence in the 19000 block of Paver Barnes Road for a report of a person threatening self-harm at 9:47 a.m. Wednesday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
A deputy and units from the Northwestern Joint Fire District and Allen Township Fire Department responded to a property in the 22000 block of Johnson Road for a farm tractor on fire at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy met with a member of the Union County Department of Job and Family Services regarding theft of benefits at 10:43 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Watkins Road to investigate possible identity theft involving a fraudulent IRS tax return at 10:54 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy met with an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper to take custody of Brett A. Summers Jr., 46, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:29 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and units from the Northwestern Joint Fire District and the Leesburg Township Fire Department responded to a property in the 15000 block of Gandy Eddy Road for a farm tractor on fire at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs for an unruly juvenile at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Taylor Road to investigate a fraudulent unemployment claim at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy investigated a junk vehicle complaint at a property in the 20000 block of Liberty West Road at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday.
