David Starling, 76, of Quail Hollow Drive was cited for license forfeiture (child support driving under suspension) in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 12:53 a.m. Monday.

A deputy met with a Hilliard Police Department officer to take custody of Anwar M. Rifai, 42, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:36 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Caleb Z. Parish, 33, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:54 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 19000 block of Orchard Road for an injury crash involving a 2002 Honda Civic that drove off the road and struck a guardrail at 12:45 p.m. Friday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The juvenile driver was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy responded to the Route 161 on-ramp to U.S. 33 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2001 Ford Ranger that struck the back of a 2017 Jeep Compass at 2:05 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Railroad Street in Unionville Center to investigate damage to a 2016 Jeep Patriot at 2:07 p.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Logan County Jail to take custody of John T. Fuerst, 54, of Russells Point for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:26 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Plain City Police Department and the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Route 736 for a property damage crash involving a 2015 GMC Terrain that was struck by a 2007 Kenworth dump truck at 4:28 p.m. Friday. The driver of the GMC, Soundra K. Kennedy, 68, of West Mansfield was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield when turning left.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District and the Allen Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 21000 block of Bear Swamp Road for an unresponsive person at 8:22 p.m. Friday. The person was pronounced deceased and the Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Division of Fire responded to the intersection of Hyland Croy Road and Park Mill Drive for an injury crash involving a 2009 Honda Civic that drove off the road and struck a tree, a fence and a parked dump trailer at 8:52 a.m. Saturday. The driver, Robert F. Wyse, 52, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to control. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Route 739 to investigate a neighbor dispute over a property line and grass clippings at 11:56 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to a residence in the 24000 block of Route 4 for an unresponsive person at 2:21 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 9000 block of Ketch Road to investigate a dispute between the resident and a delivery service involving damage to a vehicle at 3:37 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a campground in the 20000 block of Route 347 to investigate damage to a 2003 Ford Mustang at 3:39 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to a residence in the 27000 block of Lunda Road for a vehicle fire involving a 2017 Ford F-250 at 5:14 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 16000 block of Route 739 to investigate a dog that got loose and killed several chickens at 10:13 p.m. Saturday. The owner of the dog, Erin M. Dechman, 40, of Richwood was charged with failure to confine a dog.
As a result of a traffic stop on Scottslawn Road near U.S. 33, a deputy charged Daniel J. Patrick, 39, of Marysville with possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:06 a.m. Sunday. A passenger in the vehicle, Stephanie R. Andrews, 28, of Marysville was arrested for an outstanding warrant. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Fels Boulevard to investigate a dispute between two roommates at 5:30 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy and units from the Northwestern Fire District and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the intersection of Route 347 and Wolford Maskill Road for an injury crash involving two vehicles at 7:22 a.m. Sunday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Hoskins Road to investigate an injury crash involving a bicycle that crashed when a dog ran out in front of him at 8:48 a.m. Sunday. The owner of the dog, Timothy L. Lamkin, 55, of Richwood was charged with failure to confine a dog.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Miller Road to investigate possible identity theft at 9:32 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on East State Street in Milford Center to investigate the theft of a vehicle and a wallet at 10:18 a.m. Sunday. During the investigation, the suspect fled the scene and a foot pursuit ensued. The suspect was caught and identified as Macee R. Neubauer, 20, of Richwood. Neubauer was arrested for an outstanding warrant and resisting arrest. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Jerome Road to investigate an attempted theft from a vehicle at 12:32 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Watkins Road and Buxton Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Civic that struck a trailer being pulled by a 2019 Dodge Ram truck at 2:09 p.m. Sunday. The driver of the Dodge, Ronald E. Branom, 76, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield when turning left.
Deputies met with a resident from the 30000 block of Alder Road to investigate the theft of prescription medication at 2:25 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road to investigate the theft of a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier at 3:52 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Lincoln Road near Middleburg Plain City Road involving a 2010 Toyota Tundra that was struck by another vehicle at 4:57 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Martin Welch Road to investigate unwanted text messages at 5:42 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 31000 block of Osborne Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 6:10 p.m. Sunday.

A deputy responded to U.S. 33 north of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse that struck a deer at 9:21 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department, Mechanicsburg Fire Department, Marysville Fire Department, Pleasant Valley Fire District, Allen Township Fire Department, Northeast Champaign County Fire District, Jerome Township Division of Fire and the Union County Emergency Management Agency responded to the 23000 block of Woodstock Road for a residential structure fire at 9:24 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to the 14000 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Acura RL that was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene at 7:58 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Bear Swamp Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 8:29 a.m. Monday. After further investigation, David L. Phipps, 37, of Marysville was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant from Champaign County. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies met with a resident from the 8900 block of Scheiderer Road to investigate harassing text messages at 8:57 a.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near Honda Parkway for an injury crash involving a 2004 Honda Element that drove off the road and rolled over at 9:45 a.m. Monday.
A deputy took possession of a wallet that was found in the 10000 block of Maple Dell Road at 2:36 p.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to Burns Road west of Robinson Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta and a 2021 John Deere farm implement at 3:08 p.m. Monday. The Volkswagen drove off the road, through a ditch and into a field.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Smokey Road to investigate the theft of jewelry and money at 5:37 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 13000 block of Adams Road to investigate a fraudulent unemployment claim at 6:19 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway to investigate a payment dispute between a customer and the business owner at 7:19 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Cotton Slash Road to investigate a missing juvenile at 10:50 p.m. Monday. The juvenile was later located by the Marysville Police Department.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road to investigate the theft of a table saw at 11:35 p.m. Monday.
